国内外领导正直的研究综述

【摘要】：近年,领导正直逐渐受到管理学界的重视。领导正直不仅强调领导言行一致,而且重视其行为本身是否符合道德标准。本文主要从领导正直的概念、结构维度与测量、影响因素和实施效果等方面,对国内外相关文献进行梳理和评析。结果表明,学者对于领导正直的概念、测量还没有形成统一的观点,现有研究主要围绕个体结果进行探析,零星地研究了领导正直的前因,而且跨文化的研究极其缺乏。
[Abstract]:In recent years, leadership integrity has gradually been valued by the management community. Leadership integrity not only emphasizes that leaders act in line with their words, but also values whether their actions are ethical. In this paper, the concept of leadership integrity, structural dimension and measurement, influencing factors and implementation results are reviewed and analyzed. The results show that scholars have not yet formed a unified view on the concept of leadership integrity, and the existing studies mainly focus on individual results, sporadically studying the antecedents of leadership integrity, and lack of cross-cultural research.
