省邮政分公司ERP财务管理模块应用研究

【摘要】:当今是信息时代,信息技术给人们的生产、生活、消费方式带来巨大改变,甚至颠覆了传统的经济运作模式。随着国家对央企改革创新和全面推进管理会计体系建设要求,2015年邮政企业以ERP系统推广应用为手段,改变传统管理思想,实现会计与业务的有机融合,将信息化手段贯穿企业生产、经营、管理、服务全过程,利用信息化手段改变传统管理的滞后、管理成本高的情况,保证企业在市场竞争中脱颖而出,确保市场占有率和经济效益。本文以省邮政分公司ERP财务管理模块应用为背景,目的是通过分析财务管理模块应用中出现问题,提出解决问题手段,为ERP系统应用理论提供实证支持,并为其他企业ERP财务管理模块应用提供经验。本文首先对研究的背景、目的、意义、国内外ERP相关理论进行阐述,说明了研究的内容及框架,其次对ERP财务管理模块应用中的系统功能不全、数据质量问题多和与外部监管要求脱轨等问题进行详细分析,找出问题的成因。本文通过模块优化方案来解决业务流程优化后置导致的系统功能不全和与外部监管要求脱轨等问题,从明确职责分工、建立完善制度、加强培训、全面清理数据、做好上线准备工作和简化错误更改流程等方面解决由于员工认识不足、准备工作不充分和信息化基础薄弱导致的数据质量问题,最后对落实优化方案和保障条件后的效果进行阐述和分析。本文运用了文献检索、比较分析、理论结合实际、总结归纳以及实际调查等方法,对发现和解决的问题进行详细阐述,在保证省邮政分公司ERP财务管理模块应用成功推广基础上,提高了企业财务管控能力和精细化管理水平。
[Abstract]:Today is the information age. Information technology has brought great changes to people's production, life and consumption mode, and even overturned the traditional economic operation mode. With the reform and innovation of central enterprises and the requirement of comprehensively promoting the construction of management accounting system, postal enterprises in 2015 adopted the popularization and application of ERP system as a means to change the traditional management ideas and realize the organic integration of accounting and business. Through the whole process of enterprise production, management, management and service, the informationization means can be used to change the lag of traditional management and the situation of high management cost, so as to ensure that enterprises stand out in the market competition. Ensure market share and economic benefits. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the problems in the application of the ERP financial management module of provincial postal branch, and to put forward the means to solve the problems, and to provide empirical support for the application theory of the ERP system. And provide experience for other enterprise ERP financial management module application. In this paper, the background, purpose and significance of the research, the related theories of ERP at home and abroad are expounded, and the contents and framework of the research are explained. Secondly, the system functions in the application of the ERP financial management module are not complete. The problems of data quality and derailment with external supervision are analyzed in detail to find out the causes of the problems. In this paper, we solve the problems of incomplete system function and derailment from the external supervision requirements caused by the post-optimization of business process through module optimization scheme. We should make clear the division of duties, establish a perfect system, strengthen training, and clean up the data in an all-round way. To solve the data quality problems caused by the lack of understanding of the staff, inadequate preparation and weak information foundation in the aspects of preparing for the line and simplifying the process of error change, etc. At last, the effect of the optimized scheme and the guarantee condition is expounded and analyzed. In this paper, the methods of literature retrieval, comparative analysis, theory combined with practice, summing up and actual investigation are used to expound the problems found and solved in detail. On the basis of the successful application and popularization of the ERP financial management module of provincial postal branch, the financial control ability and fine management level of the enterprise are improved.
