混合销售和回收的闭环供应链定价及渠道选择研究
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and the continuous growth of consumption, the problems of resource shortage and exhaustion appear constantly, so it is urgent to save resources and strengthen environmental protection. In addition, with the rapid development of information technology, more and more customers begin to buy online. However, when traditional sales and online direct sales coexist, there is a competition conflict between different channels. At present, most scholars at home and abroad focus on remanufacturing the waste products. The research on pricing and channel selection of the traditional distribution mode order recovery channel is mature, but the related research on mixed recovery channel is rare. In particular, the three recycling channels, and ignore the quality of waste goods for refurbishment. In reality, however, mixed recovery channels are common. In addition, it is found that manufacturers renovate high-quality scrap and use low-quality scrap for re-manufacture. In view of this, based on the closed-loop supply chain with manufacturers, retailers and third-party recyclers, this paper takes into account the manufacturer's remanufacturing of used and used products and the introduction of refurbishment. Firstly, the pricing strategies and profits of the members of the closed-loop supply chain under the four mixed recovery modes of centralized decision and decentralized decision are compared when the products are sold through traditional channels. The effect of profit difference sharing coefficient on members' profits is analyzed. On this basis, the pricing and profit of the closed-loop supply chain with mixed channel sales under the four mixed recovery modes of centralized decision and decentralized decision are compared, and the influence of the profit difference sharing coefficient on the profit of the members is analyzed. Then compared the traditional distribution and mixed sales model. Finally, an example is given to analyze the effect of each parameter on the profit of the member and the system. The main research results are as follows: (1) under the two models of traditional distribution and mixed sales, the results of centralized decision are better than those of decentralized decision. In the case of decentralized decision, in order to maximize the manufacturer and system profit, we tend to choose the three common recovery channels, retailers choose the joint recovery channel with the third party. When the third party chooses to reclaim with the manufacturer, it can make a large profit. (2) comparing with the traditional distribution and mixed sales mode, it is found that whether the decision is decentralized or centralized, from the point of view of maximizing the system profit, Tend to choose a mix of sales, and this model is conducive to new, manufactured and refurbished sales of increased sales.
