平安银行供应链金融业务发展策略优化研究

【摘要】:供应链金融业务是金融与实体产业合作的典范,也是破解中小企业融资难的重要的对策。供应链金融在我国发展了十多年,这项业务已经成为各大商业银行的必争之地,同业竞争空前激烈。另外,近几年我国宏观经济形势发生了根本的变化,一些行业出现了产能过剩、价格低迷的现象,这给供应链金融的业务风险控制带来了挑战。同时,互联网金融公司也纷纷进入供应链金融领域,与传统银行展开了正面的交锋。基于银行供应链金融发展的困局,如何优化供应链金融业务的发展策略成为了银行业研究的重要课题。本文首先介绍了供应链金融的形成的原因以及其业务特点,结合平安银行的现有产品体系,详细介绍了平安银行的预付、现货以及存货三大供应链金融业务的典型产品,对比平安银行与银行同业的产品差异,指出平安银行业务模式不能适应市场的发展需求,在经济下行周期中暴露风险控制能力不足的弱点,并从产品创新、平台建设、风险控制三个方面对平安银行的供应链金融发展提出了优化策略。在产品建设中,对客户提供产业链的全链条产品服务,把金融服务贯穿到整个供应链中,满足不同层次的供应链企业的需求。突破现有产品体系限制,大力发展网络金融产品,将供应链的流程信息数据化,简化客户授信流程,利用互联网覆盖面广的特点,突破平安银行现有物理网点限制,批量获取客户,扩大供应链金融的业务规模。同时,与第三方信息平台进行联盟合作,弥补平安银行自有资源不足的缺点,强强联合,深度介入客户的产业链中。在平台建设方面,建设专业化智能化信息平台,突破传统金融的思维限制,运用大数据技术,在客户交互、资产管理、产品设计、交易流程、风险控制、营销管理、运营管理等方面进行优化,提升银行服务的深度和广度。在风险控制方面,利用物联网技术,解决现有业务模式中重复抵押、货物难于监管的问题,并通过大数据应用,打造以事前预防为主、实时性强、自动化的风险识别、风险度量、风险控制体系。最后,从成立专业经营团队、提高信息化水平、建立严格的风控体系三个方面对平安银行供应链金融发展优化策略提出了保障措施。
[Abstract]:Supply chain financial business is a model of financial and real industry cooperation, and also an important countermeasure to solve the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises. Supply chain finance has been developed for more than ten years in our country. In addition, in recent years, the macroeconomic situation of our country has changed fundamentally, some industries have appeared the phenomenon of overcapacity and low price, which has brought challenges to the business risk control of supply chain finance. At the same time, Internet finance companies have entered the supply chain financial field, and traditional banks have launched a positive confrontation. Based on the difficulties of banking supply chain finance development, how to optimize the development strategy of supply chain financial business has become an important subject of banking research. This paper first introduces the reasons for the formation of supply chain finance and its business characteristics, combined with the existing product system of Ping an Bank, introduces in detail the typical products of the three major supply chain financial services of Ping an Bank, including prepaid, spot and inventory. By comparing the product differences between Ping an Bank and the interbank, it is pointed out that Ping an Bank's business model can not meet the needs of market development, expose the weakness of insufficient risk control ability in the down-cycle of economy, and from product innovation and platform construction, Three aspects of risk control for Ping an Bank's supply chain financial development optimization strategy. In the process of product construction, the whole chain of products and services is provided to customers, and the financial services run through the whole supply chain to meet the needs of different levels of supply chain enterprises. Breaking through the limitations of the existing product system, vigorously developing network financial products, digitizing the flow information of the supply chain, simplifying the customer credit process, taking advantage of the wide coverage of the Internet, breaking through the existing physical network restrictions of Ping an Bank, Get customers in batches and expand the business scale of supply chain finance. At the same time, alliance with the third party information platform to make up for the shortcomings of Ping an Bank's own resources, strong and powerful, deeply involved in the customer's industrial chain. In the aspect of platform construction, we should build a specialized and intelligent information platform, break through the limitations of traditional financial thinking, use big data technology, in customer interaction, asset management, product design, transaction process, risk control, marketing management, Operation management and other aspects of optimization, to enhance the depth and breadth of banking services. In the aspect of risk control, using the technology of Internet of things to solve the problem of repeated mortgage in the existing business model and the difficult supervision of goods, and through big data's application, to create a risk identification based on pre-prevention, strong real-time and automation. Risk measurement, risk control system. Finally, the paper puts forward the safeguard measures from three aspects of setting up professional management team, improving the level of informatization and establishing strict wind control system to optimize the financial development strategy of Ping an Bank supply chain.
