双边平台主导性发展战略选择——架构升级还是服务创新
[Abstract]:Architecture upgrading and service innovation are the strategic driving forces driving the dynamic evolution of platform ecosystem. Based on the analysis of the relationship between enterprise capital investment and the effect of development strategy implementation, this paper constructs a platform capital-profit function and a user capital-utility function. In this paper, game theory and numerical method are used to study the choice of platform dominant development strategy. The results show that: (1) the effect of single use of architecture upgrading strategy or service innovation strategy is not as good as the combination of the two; (2) the industry characteristics of the platform enterprise influence the choice of the dominant development strategy, but the industry status of the platform does not affect its strategic choice; (3) when designing the development strategy, the architecture upgrade strategy should focus on reducing the development cost of the seller user, and the service innovation strategy should focus on enhancing the interactive utility of the buyer user. The results provide guidance for platform managers to choose dominant development strategy.
