深圳赛格股份有限公司金融业务竞争战略研究

【摘要】:国有上市公司在我国社会经济发展过程中发挥着越来越重要的作用,特别是从事金融服务业务的公司而言,对中小微企业融资、便民服务等方面的重要性不言而喻,但随着现代金融业的快速发展,金融业的市场化、国际化进程、新兴互联网金融企业的兴起及金融服务的多样化,新型金融企业已经处于一个存在重重困难的发展环境中。这类企业的发展中,出现了不少的问题,如管理不规范、业务发展不均衡、金融风险控制力较低、网点相对较少、影响力较低等问题。作为国有上市公司的深圳赛格股份有限公司其金融业务发展存在同样的问题,且竞争形势异常严峻,如何确定在已有的传统业务和金融业务的基础上,正确制定公司金融业务竞争战略是公司迫切需要解决的问题。本文围绕深圳赛格股份有限公司金融业务的竞争战略进行了研究分析,首先通过参阅当前存在的研究成果,然后从全方位分析了深圳赛格股份有限公司的现状,并提出了企业的发展战略:区域定位上立足深圳,面向全国;并且实现将公司的金融理论与客户分享;要重点研发产品,实现差异化的产品策略,以及产品集中化的策略,通过积极扩大开发中间业务的类产品、金融服务、金融领域、金融市场等。为此,深圳赛格股份有限公司应在现有业务的基础上,做好“互联网+金融”创新,继续扩大平台规模;加强同业合作与跨界融合;做好深圳赛格股份有限公司金融服务业务的市场营销与品牌推广;努力打造综合性的、具有深圳赛格股份有限公司特色的金融服务体系,最大程度上满足客户的服务需求。另外,建议公司完善现有的配套体系,以实现竞争战略更好的实施。
[Abstract]:State-owned listed companies are playing a more and more important role in the social and economic development of our country, especially for the companies engaged in financial services, the importance of financing for small and medium-sized enterprises, convenient services and so on is self-evident. However, with the rapid development of modern financial industry, the marketization and internationalization of financial industry, the rise of new Internet financial enterprises and the diversification of financial services, new financial enterprises have been in a difficult development environment. There are many problems in the development of this kind of enterprises, such as non-standard management, unbalanced business development, low financial risk control, relatively small network, low influence and so on. As a state-owned listed company, Shenzhen Seger Co., Ltd. has the same problems in the development of its financial business, and the competition situation is extremely severe. How to determine the basis of the existing traditional business and financial business, It is an urgent problem for the company to formulate the competition strategy of financial business correctly. This paper studies and analyzes the competitive strategy of financial business of Shenzhen Seger Co., Ltd., first by referring to the existing research results, then from the all-round analysis of the current situation of Shenzhen Seger Co., Ltd. And put forward the enterprise development strategy: the regional positioning based on Shenzhen, facing the whole country; And the realization of the company's financial theory to share with customers; We should focus on R & D, product differentiation and product centralization, and actively expand the development of intermediate business products, financial services, financial fields, financial markets, and so on. To this end, Shenzhen Seger Co., Ltd. should do a good job of "Internet finance" innovation on the basis of existing business, continue to expand the scale of the platform, strengthen interbank cooperation and cross-border integration; To do a good job in the marketing and brand promotion of financial service business of Shenzhen Seger Co., Ltd., and strive to create a comprehensive financial service system with the characteristics of Shenzhen Seger Co., Ltd. to meet the customer's service needs to the greatest extent. In addition, it is suggested that the company improve the existing supporting system to achieve better implementation of competition strategy.
