寻租对企业增长的影响渠道与地区差异比较

【摘要】：利用世界银行2012年对我国企业进行的投资环境调查数据,实证研究了我国企业寻租行为对其增长的影响及影响渠道。研究表明,在全国层面,寻租对企业增长的直接影响为负,但却能够帮助企业扩大出口、增加雇工、更容易获取银行贷款和减免税费,寻租在总体上促进企业增长。分地区的研究结果显示,东南沿海地区的企业寻租主要是为了扩大出口,而其他地区的企业寻租主要是为了获取银行贷款和减免税费,说明不同地区在制度效率、法制环境、政商关系上存在异质性,预防和打击腐败的着力点应在不同地区间有所差异。
[Abstract]:Based on the investment environment survey data of Chinese enterprises conducted by the World Bank in 2012, this paper empirically studies the influence of rent-seeking behavior on the growth of Chinese enterprises and its influence channels. The research shows that at the national level, rent-seeking has a negative direct impact on the growth of enterprises, but it can help enterprises expand exports, increase employment, obtain bank loans and reduce taxes and fees more easily, and rent-seeking can promote the growth of enterprises as a whole. The results of research by region show that the main purpose of enterprise rent-seeking in southeast coastal areas is to expand exports, while in other regions enterprises seek rent mainly to obtain bank loans and reduce taxes and fees. This shows that different regions are in the institutional efficiency and legal environment. There is heterogeneity in the relationship between government and business, so the focus of preventing and combating corruption should be different in different regions.
