政府补贴对企业研发投入的影响——基于中国工业企业数据库的门槛分析

【摘要】：本文利用中国工业企业数据库2005-2007年的微观面板数据,通过门槛回归的方法验证了政府补贴与企业研发投入之间的非线性关系。研究表明,政府补贴对企业研发投入的影响存在显著的双重门槛效应,且当政府补贴强度介于0到0.0214之间时,补贴效率最高,即补贴强度每提高1%,企业研发投入增加约26.58%。本文认为政府补贴一般能够弥补企业研发投入正外部性导致的私人效益损失,有效激励企业开展研发活动。本文还从所有权性质、地域、细分行业角度探讨政府补贴的最优区间和影响系数,发现属于民营性质、东部地区和高端制造业行业领域的企业在补贴最优区间内对企业研发投入的影响系数更高。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the nonlinear relationship between government subsidy and enterprise R & D investment is verified by using the micro panel data of China Industrial Enterprise Database from 2005 to 2007, and the threshold regression method is used to verify the nonlinear relationship between government subsidy and enterprise R & D investment. The research shows that the effect of government subsidy on enterprise R & D investment has significant double threshold effect, and when the intensity of government subsidy is between 0 and 0.0214, the subsidy efficiency is the highest, that is, every increase of subsidy intensity is 1 / 10. Investment in R & D increased by about 26.58. This paper holds that government subsidies can generally compensate for the loss of private benefits caused by the positive externalities of enterprises'R & D investment and effectively encourage enterprises to carry out R & D activities. This paper also discusses the optimal range and influence coefficient of government subsidy from the angle of ownership, region and subdivision of industry, and finds that it belongs to the private nature. Firms in the eastern and high-end manufacturing sectors have higher impact factors on R & D investment in the optimal range of subsidies.
