辽宁昌图SG农牧集团发展战略分析

【摘要】:随着国民经济飞速发展,农牧企业也不断地接受着来自各方面的挑战。而农牧企业对于来自内外部的影响因素直接制约着自身的发展,甚至关乎到企业的生死存亡。农牧企业能否在不同环境中做出有效的、适当的关于自身可持续发展的战略是非常必要的。因而农牧企业在发展的同时依据内外部环境的变化,提出切实可靠的战略思路,对每个农牧企业都具有一定的现实意义。辽宁昌图SG农牧集团是一家集畜禽良种繁育推广、畜禽生产基地建设、科技产品研究开发、畜禽屠宰分割加工于一体的大型农牧企业。近年来,SG农牧集团在不断加强现代管理制度的同时,也在不断完善内部管理结构。SG农牧集团发展方式的转变是以"龙头企业+生产基地+专业合作社+科研机构"的经营模式,这种模式带动了众多农民依靠畜牧养殖发家致富。由于现阶段该集团不断扩大产业链,造成一体化战略的实施在集团的发展中然生众多阻碍因素。SG农牧集团的未来发展与成长将受各种因素的制约。本文主要应用战略管理的相关理论对辽宁昌图SG农牧集团进行分析,首先从集团概况、集团组织结构、集团产品等方面分析了 SG农牧集团的内部环境,进而利用PEST、产业环境分析等工具分析了 SG农牧集团的外部环境。在此基础上,运用SWOT进行了综合分析内外部的优势、劣势、机会、威胁,从而明确了SG农牧集团的战略选择。而就其内部环境而言,SG农牧集团公司的发展应积极发挥自己的优点,注意自身的不足,认真分析缺点和不足的同时纠正和改进。因此从SG农牧集团的内外部环境中的分析中制定战略发展目标为导向,经过本文研究分析SG农牧集团应贯彻执行一体化战略,并且主要从完善组织结构、调整企业的资源配置与优化等方面来实施。本文共分为五章:第一章绪论,研究背景及意义、研究方案及技术路线图。第二章主要阐述了文献综述及企业战略理论基础.第三章是对SG农牧集团战略环境(内部和外部)进行分析。第四章通过分析SG农牧集团存在的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,然后制定出可行的一体化战略。第五章是对SG农牧集团发展战略实施与保障提出对策建议。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the national economy, agricultural and animal husbandry enterprises continue to accept the challenges from all aspects. The agricultural and animal husbandry enterprises directly restrict their own development and even the survival of the enterprises. It is necessary for agricultural and animal husbandry enterprises to make effective and appropriate strategies for their sustainable development in different environments. Therefore, the development of agricultural and animal husbandry enterprises based on the changes of internal and external environment, put forward a practical and reliable strategic thinking, for each agricultural and pastoral enterprises have a certain practical significance. Liaoning Changtu SG Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Group is a large agricultural and animal husbandry enterprise which integrates the breeding and popularization of improved breed of livestock and poultry, the construction of production base of livestock and poultry, the research and development of scientific and technological products, and the division and processing of livestock and poultry slaughtering and processing. In recent years, the SG agricultural and animal husbandry group has constantly strengthened the modern management system, The development mode of SG Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Group is based on the management mode of "leading enterprise production base specialized cooperative scientific research institution", which has led many farmers to rely on animal husbandry to become rich. Because of the expansion of the industrial chain, the implementation of the integration strategy in the development of the group has many obstacles, and the future development and growth of the SG agricultural and animal husbandry group will be restricted by various factors. This paper mainly applies the relevant theory of strategic management to analyze the SG farming and animal husbandry group in Changtu, Liaoning Province. Firstly, the paper analyzes the internal environment of SG agricultural and animal husbandry group from the aspects of group general situation, group organization structure and group products, and then makes use of PEST,. Industrial environment analysis and other tools to analyze the external environment of SG farming and animal husbandry group. On this basis, the paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the internal and external advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats by using SWOT, and then clarifies the strategic choice of SG agri-pastoral group. As far as its internal environment is concerned, the development of SG Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Group Corporation should give full play to its own advantages, pay attention to its own shortcomings, seriously analyze its shortcomings and deficiencies, and correct and improve them at the same time. Therefore, from the analysis of the internal and external environment of SG agricultural and animal husbandry group, we should formulate the strategic development goal as the guidance, through the research and analysis of this paper, we should carry out the integration strategy, and improve the organization structure. Adjust the resource allocation and optimization of enterprises to implement. This paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is introduction, research background and significance, research scheme and technical roadmap. The second chapter mainly elaborated the literature review and the enterprise strategy theory foundation. The third chapter analyzes the strategic environment (internal and external) of SG agri-livestock group. The fourth chapter analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of SG agri-pastoral group, and then formulates a feasible integration strategy. The fifth chapter is to put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to the development strategy of SG agro-pastoral group.
