研发投入、对外直接投资与企业创新——基于战略性新兴产业上市公司的研究

【摘要】：在当前世界经济和我国经济进入深度调整的背景下,企业要想在国际竞争中占据价值链的高端环节,自主创新是关键。本文利用我国战略性新兴产业上市公司公开发布的信息和财务数据,采用实证分析方法,研究了研发投入、对外直接投资对企业创新能力的影响。结果表明,研发投入、对外直接投资对我国战略性新兴类企业创新能力提升具有显著促进作用。对样本按照产权性质分组后,发现不同产权性质的企业研发投入、对外直接投资对创新能力的影响存在差异。最后,本文从有利于企业创新能力提高和产业发展方面提出了相应建议。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the deep adjustment of the world economy and China's economy, independent innovation is the key for enterprises to occupy the high-end links of the value chain in the international competition. This paper makes use of the information and financial data published by listed companies of strategic emerging industries in China, and studies the influence of R & D investment and foreign direct investment on the innovation ability of enterprises by using the method of empirical analysis. The results show that R & D investment and foreign direct investment (OFDI) play a significant role in promoting the innovation ability of strategic emerging enterprises in China. After grouping the samples according to the nature of property right, it is found that there are differences in the influence of foreign direct investment on innovation ability of enterprises with different nature of property right in R & D investment. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions from the aspects of improving the innovation ability of enterprises and the development of industry.
