企业技术能级的概念、测度方法与模型优化

【摘要】：企业技术轨道演化路径是企业制定技术发展策略的风向标,现代企业的技术轨道正逐渐由传统的累积型路径向跃迁型路径演化,技术发展不确定性的增加应该引起我国企业的重视。本文提出企业技术能级的概念,对现有技术轨道模型进行完善,建立了相应的数学模型,分别使用改进的索洛残差法和DEA-Malmquist指数法对样本企业的技术能级进行测算和比较,利用面板门限模型验证了企业技术能级的存在。研究结果表明:全要素生产率可以作为测度企业技术能级的指标;要素投入的增加不能有效提升企业的技术能级;企业技术轨道跃迁的实现需要受到来自外部的激发,政策、环境等约束要素对我国企业技术进步的影响被低估。研究结论为技术后发企业提供了技术轨道跨越的有效途径。
[Abstract]:The evolution path of enterprise technology orbit is the wind vane for enterprise to formulate technology development strategy. The technology track of modern enterprise is gradually evolving from the traditional accumulation path to the transition path, and the technology track of the modern enterprise is gradually evolving from the traditional accumulation path to the transition path. The increasing uncertainty of technology development should be paid more attention to by Chinese enterprises. In this paper, the concept of technical level of enterprise is put forward, the existing technological orbit model is perfected, and the corresponding mathematical model is established. The improved Solow residual method and DEA-Malmquist index method are used to calculate and compare the technical energy levels of sample enterprises, respectively. The panel threshold model is used to verify the existence of enterprise technical energy levels. The results show that total factor productivity (TFP) can be used as an index to measure the technological level of an enterprise, and the increase of factor input can not effectively enhance the technological energy level of an enterprise. The realization of technological orbital transition in enterprises needs to be stimulated by external factors, and the influence of policy and environment constraints on the technological progress of enterprises in China is underestimated. The research conclusion provides an effective way for the technology post-development enterprises to span the technology orbit.
