基于协同度的高技术企业技术创新效率研究
[Abstract]:Compared with developed countries, the development level of high-tech enterprises in our country is still very low, and the overall operation benefit is not ideal. Under the condition of insufficient scientific and technological resources, how to make better use of limited resources to maximize the development of high-tech enterprises. It is a problem that many scholars have been working on. Starting from the technological innovation system of high-tech enterprises, in order to improve the efficiency of technological innovation of enterprises, this paper adopts the methods of compound system synergy model, two-stage super-efficiency DEA model, panel data regression and stepwise regression. This paper makes a theoretical and empirical analysis on the degree of synergy of technological innovation system, the efficiency of technological innovation, the influence of system synergy on the efficiency of technological innovation and the differences between industries in high-tech enterprises. It is considered that it is necessary in theory to solve the problem of technological innovation efficiency in high-tech enterprises through technological innovation system, and it is of practical significance in practice. In this paper, the synergy degree of technological innovation system in high-tech enterprises is analyzed, and it is pointed out that the synergy degree of technological innovation system in high-tech enterprises as a whole is steadily improving, but there are great differences among different industries. Among them, the aerospace manufacturing industry fluctuates greatly. Based on the analysis of the efficiency of technological innovation system of high-tech enterprises, it is found that the efficiency of technological innovation of high-tech enterprises has increased to a certain extent, but it is still not very stable, and the low efficiency of early technological innovation is mainly due to the lack of efficiency of technological research and development. In the analysis of different industries, the efficiency of technological innovation in each industry has increased to a certain extent, but at the same time, there are also certain fluctuations, among which the computer and office equipment industry fluctuates the most. After that, the influence of panel data regression method on the order of technological innovation system and the degree of system coordination on the efficiency of technological innovation of high-tech enterprises is studied in this paper. It is determined that the orderly development of technology research and development system plays a significant positive role in promoting the efficiency of technology research and development in high-tech enterprises, and the auxiliary system of technological innovation plays a certain role in regulating the efficiency of technology research and development in high-tech enterprises. The higher the degree of synergy of technological innovation system, the higher the overall technological innovation efficiency of technological enterprises. At the same time, this paper analyzes the difference of this influence between industries by stepwise regression method, and the results show that: the high-tech enterprises belonging to different industries, The influence of the coordinated development of technological innovation system on the efficiency of technological innovation is quite different in different industries. On the basis of the analysis of technological innovation system synergy, technological innovation efficiency, panel data regression and stepwise regression, this paper gives to strengthen the construction of collaborative resources, construct a diversified science and technology investment system, and improve the R & D ability of technology. A series of effective policy suggestions, such as taking into account technological application innovation, reasonable investment in R & D resources, speeding up the establishment of R & D institutions, effectively identifying the elements of collaborative resources, moderate trade-off, and so on.
