基于二元语义多属性决策的实践社群知识流动绩效评价研究

【摘要】:以实践社群为对象,研究实践社群知识流动绩效评价。综合考虑实践社群知识流动的过程、知识流动的结果和社群成员对知识流动的感知,从知识流动水平、知识创新水平、知识运用水平和知识感知水平4个方面构建实践社群知识流动绩效评价指标体系。其中,知识流动水平包括知识流动频率、知识流动速度和知识流动强度,知识创新水平包括知识扩散效应、知识重组效应和知识集聚效应,知识运用水平包括克服困难度、优化流程度和改善质量度,知识感知水平包括知识流动和谐度、知识流动安全感和知识流动满意度。同时结合实践社群的特点,采用二元语义多属性决策方法,运用熵权—离差最大化确定各指标权重,并通过SYC汽车企业技术中心具体实例,评价实践社群的知识流动绩效,验证研究提出方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:Taking the practice community as the object, this paper studies the performance evaluation of knowledge flow in the practice community. Considering the process of knowledge flow in practice community, the results of knowledge flow and the perception of knowledge flow by community members, the performance evaluation index system of knowledge flow in practice community is constructed from four aspects: knowledge flow level, knowledge innovation level, knowledge application level and knowledge perception level. Among them, the level of knowledge flow includes knowledge flow frequency, knowledge flow speed and knowledge flow intensity, knowledge innovation level includes knowledge diffusion effect, knowledge reorganization effect and knowledge agglomeration effect, knowledge use level includes overcoming difficulty, optimizing flow degree and improving quality measure, knowledge perception level includes knowledge flow harmony, knowledge flow sense of security and knowledge flow satisfaction. At the same time, according to the characteristics of the practice community, the binary semantic multi-attribute decision making method is adopted, and the entropy weight-deviation maximization is used to determine the weight of each index. Through the concrete example of SYC Automotive Enterprise Technology Center, the knowledge flow performance of the practice community is evaluated, and the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified.
