TL公司ADK设备整包项目跨文化沟通研究

　　国家大力倡导一带一路,鼓励国内富余和先进的产能走出国外。众多中国企业抓住这一政策执行走出去战略。然而一带一路带来的不仅是新的机会,也是新的挑战。一方面他们可以不断去扩大其市场份额,增加公司应收,提升国际化水平;另一方面,他们在走出过程遇到的跨文化沟通问题也实时萦绕在公司的发展之中。本文以TL公司的ADK项目作为案例进行研究。在ADK项目中,出现了沟通方式的冲突,法律规制制度的冲突,行为的冲突,管理方法的冲突以及解决问题的冲突。这些冲突导致了项目的延期和TL公司成本的增加,造成了TL公司,TL分公司以及客户的不愉快。本文通过运用沟通管理的理论,霍夫斯泰德的文化维度分析的工具和项目管理学方面的知识来分析研究ADK项目中处理跨文化过程中出现的冲突。本文的主体结构共分为六部分。第一部分是绪论,主要介绍写作的目的,意义,研究的主题,研究的方法和文章的层次逻辑关系。第二部分是文献综述,概括了本文章中使用的基本概念,从三个方面研究之前的成果:项目管理,沟通管理以及跨文化沟通管理,提供了分析的理论依据和指导。第三部分是案例描述,向读者介绍了TL公司的基本概况,TL公司的产品,以及其他美国子公司在ADK...
