目的-人力资源是一个组织在工作场所执行不同活动的重要组成部分,没有这种支持就不能很好地执行任务。人力资源的有效利用可以达成目标,而要有效利用人力资源可以通过员工保留的方式来实现。本文从人力资源管理、项目管理、职业健康安全意识、新技术适应等方面探讨了影响项目成功的因素。现状是,高速公路建设项目组织的核心员工和人才正在流失。方法-本研究的重点是确定人力资源保留对巴基斯坦卡拉奇-拉合尔高速公路(KLM)项目拉合尔至阿卜杜勒-哈基姆(M3)高速公路成功完工的影响。通过收集参与该项目的104名调查对象(100名为定量分析,04名为定性分析)。然后利用SPSS软件中的回归函数和变量之间的关系对结果进行分析.结果-通过在SPSS中分析对项目成功的影响,发现03个变量对项目中人力资源的保留有显著影响。结果表明,人力资源管理、项目管理和培训是影响员工保留的主要因素,此外,缺乏人才和对被录用员工的培训(软硬技能开发)也具有重要意义。为了改善这一问题,离职面谈将有助于关注离职员工,他们会提供更有价值的回应,以后可以用来留住员工,反之亦然。此外,质量管理或监督在保留项目现场员工方面发挥着重要作用。再者,对最新...
