中国联通移动综合网管项目中网络运行数据质量管理的研究

【摘要】:随着中国移动通信3G时代的到来,移动通信步入移动互联网新时代,中国移动通信用户迅猛增加,业务量也迅速增加,各大运营商的发展战略也逐步向移动互联网转移。3G网络和业务成为各个运营商发展的重中之重。同时2G业务作为运营商的基础业务,运营商也在充分进行两个网络的互补互用,提升用户使用中的性能感受。因此对于两张网络的管理和控制对运行商来说均极为重要。 2009年3G牌照的发放,使各大运营商开始了3G无线网络的新兴建设。中国联通在建设WCDMA无线网络的同时,对核心网也加以了升级扩容改造。同时启动了中国联通移动综合网管的建设工作。目的是在WCDMA网络投入运营,业务投入使用之时,同时网络可管可控。系统在原中国联通GSM移动综合网管基础上进行建设,建成后的系统将增加对WCDMA无线网网络运行质量监控、性能分析、业务量分析、配置资源管理等各种功能,并完成老系统GSM无线数据、核心网数据的管理,为网络运营维护提供全面的支撑手段。 本文通过结合项目质量管理理论,运用质量管理的方法对中国联通移动综合网管中大量的网络运行数据质量进行质量管理分析,结合项目数据管理特点,提出电信支撑系统IT项目数据质量管理的一般方法,提升系统整体质量评价,提升系统可用性、可靠性。 本文研究的中国联通移动综合网管系统项目建设案例,其管理了电信网内的各类型网元,具备电信综合网管的普遍功能,具备电信综合网管系统的一般特性,以网络运行数据为系统主要管理对象,其在网络运行数据质量管理的过程中使用的策略和方法,值得同类建设项目参考和借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of 3G era of China mobile communication, mobile communication has entered a new era of mobile Internet. The number of mobile communication users in China is increasing rapidly, and the volume of business is also increasing rapidly. The development strategy of the major operators has gradually transferred to the mobile Internet. 3G network and services have become the most important development of the operators. At the same time, 2G service as the basic business of the operators. Operators are also making full use of the two networks to enhance the performance of users in use, so the management and control of the two networks is extremely important to the operator. In 2009, with the issuance of 3G license, the major operators began to build the 3G wireless network. China Unicom is building the WCDMA wireless network at the same time. The core network has also been upgraded and expanded. At the same time, the construction of China Unicom Mobile Integrated Network Management has been started. The purpose is to put the WCDMA network into operation and use the business. At the same time, the network can be managed and controllable. The system is built on the basis of the former China Unicom GSM mobile integrated network management. After the completion of the system, the quality monitoring and performance analysis of the WCDMA wireless network will be increased. Traffic analysis, configuration resource management and other functions, and the completion of the old system GSM wireless data, core network data management, for network operation and maintenance to provide a comprehensive support means. By combining the theory of project quality management and the method of quality management, this paper analyzes the quality management of a large number of network operation data in China Unicom Mobile Integrated Network Management, and combines the characteristics of project data management. The general method of IT project data quality management in telecom support system is put forward to improve the overall quality evaluation of the system and the availability and reliability of the system. In this paper, China Unicom Mobile Integrated Network Management system project construction case, which manages the various types of network elements in the telecommunications network, has the general functions of the telecommunications integrated network management system, with the general characteristics of the telecommunications integrated network management system. Taking the network running data as the main management object of the system, the strategies and methods used in the process of network operation data quality management are worthy of reference and reference for similar construction projects.
