【摘要】：新型工业化以信息化为核心,科技为动力,效率为中心,追求工农业协调发展和人与自然的和谐共存。为积极推进信息化与工业化融合,我们要根据信息化与工业化融合的特点,把握"两化融合"的重点与难点,找准"两化融合"的切入点,创新信息化管理体制,为信息化带动工业化创造良好的组织条件;推动企业信息化,为信息化带动工业化构建微观基础;建立信息化带动工业化发展的相关配套措施;提高工业对信息化与信息技术的吸收与应用水平,增强信息化带动工业化效应;重视人才工作,构筑高层次信息人才平台。
