【摘要】：正根据住建部《关于建立全国房地产交易信息日报制度的通知》(建房〔2015〕55号)文件要求,为加强房地产市场管理、规范存量房交易行为、保障存量房交易资金安全、维护当事人合法权益,镇江市住建局及时发文积极推进存量房网上备案工作,局房产处负责行政监管及协调处理,镇江市房产登记管理中心负责具体工作实施并构建全市统一的网上签约备案系统平台。
