【摘要】:差异化经营是城商行发展的必由之路,而小微信贷作为一项能够培育基础客群、优化资产结构、分散信用风险、提升收益水平的业务,是城商行实现差异化经营可以作为的领域。 本文从XM银行的历史和现状出发,对XM银行的内外部发展环境进行了重点分析,提出了XM银行所面临的机遇和挑战,并在此基础上提出了“差异化是城商行发展必由之路”的观点,并从必然性和可行性两个方面说明了为什么XM银行要发展小微信贷。而通过分析XM银行小微信贷业务的现状、存在的问题,结合四家典型商业银行小微信贷的成功经验,重点对经营模式中组织架构、产品体系、担保方式、营销模式等关键问题进行了对比分析,最后提出了进一步完善XM银行小微信贷模式的具体建议。 本文提出了构建以差异化为核心的小微信贷经营模式的建议,通过进一步细分市场,找准目标客群,开发既符合小微企业金融需求又贴合XM银行业务定位的产品和服务,打造一条高质、高效的小微信贷生产线,以降低操作成本;另一方面,通过建立客户筛选机制和分级管理机制,将征审分离制度和交叉检验等贷款技术贯穿小微信贷全流程,目的是控制信用风险成本。在庞大的小微信贷需求市场中,控制好了操作成本和信用风险成本也就实现了小微信贷可持续发展的目的。
[Abstract]:Differentiation management is the only way to the development of commercial banks, and small and micro credit as a business that can cultivate the basic customer group, optimize the asset structure, disperse credit risk, and improve the level of income. Is the city commercial banks to achieve differentiated management can be used as a field. Based on the history and present situation of XM Bank, this paper analyzes the internal and external development environment of XM Bank, and puts forward the opportunities and challenges faced by XM Bank. On this basis, it puts forward the viewpoint that differentiation is the only way to the development of city commercial banks. It also explains why XM Bank should develop micro-credit from the aspects of inevitability and feasibility, and through the analysis of the current situation of the micro-credit business of XM Bank, the existing problems. Combining with the successful experience of four typical commercial banks, this paper makes a comparative analysis on the key issues such as organizational structure, product system, guarantee mode, marketing model and so on. Finally, the paper puts forward some specific suggestions for further improving the small and micro credit model of XM Bank. This paper puts forward the suggestion of constructing the small and micro credit management mode with differentiation as the core, through further subdividing the market to find the target group. To develop products and services that meet the financial needs of small and micro enterprises and meet the business orientation of XM bank, and to create a high quality and efficient production line of small and micro credit, in order to reduce the operating cost; On the other hand, through the establishment of customer screening mechanism and hierarchical management mechanism, the system of separation and cross-testing of loan technology throughout the whole process of microcredit. The purpose is to control the cost of credit risk. In the large market of demand for small and micro credit, the purpose of sustainable development of small and micro credit is realized by controlling the operation cost and the cost of credit risk.
