【摘要】：资产证券化自诞生以来为其发源地美国的金融市场发展注入了新的活力并做出了巨大贡献,而反观我国的资产证券化发展却起步较晚、道路曲折。但随着近年来我国资本市场的不断放开以及监管政策的不断出台,我国的资产证券化在美国次贷危机造成的发展真空期之后终于又迎来了一个崭新的发展阶段。特别是证监会监管框架下的企业资产证券化产品,在监管层的大力推动下,发展势头逐年攀升,发行数量与金额规模日益扩大,并有望在未来几年进入更加快速的发展轨道。所以本文选择了企业资产证券化产品作为研究对象,在对资产证券化的基本理论与概念进行总结概括的基础上,对我国企业资产证券化产品的发展历程与现状做了简要的梳理和分析,并重点以产品设计为切入点,结合实际案例对我国企业资产证券化产品设计的操作流程进行了详细具体的分析阐述,最终结合笔者找出的产品设计中所存在的问题针对今后如何推动我国企业资产证券化产品的发展提出了相关建议。
[Abstract]:Asset securitization has injected new vitality and made great contribution to the development of financial market in the United States since it was born, but the development of asset securitization in China started relatively late. The road is tortuous. However, with the opening of the capital market and the introduction of regulatory policies in recent years. China's asset securitization finally ushered in a new development stage after the development vacuum period caused by the subprime mortgage crisis in the United States, especially the enterprise asset securitization products under the supervision of CSRC. Driven by the supervision level, the momentum of development is rising year by year, and the amount of issuance and the amount of money are expanding day by day. And it is expected to enter a more rapid development track in the next few years. Therefore, this paper chooses enterprise asset securitization products as the research object, on the basis of summarizing the basic theory and concept of asset securitization. This paper briefly combs and analyzes the development course and present situation of asset securitization products of enterprises in China, and focuses on product design as the breakthrough point. Combined with practical cases, the operating process of the product design of asset securitization in China is analyzed and elaborated in detail. Finally, some suggestions on how to promote the development of enterprise asset securitization products in China are put forward according to the problems in product design.
