【摘要】:投资是扩大物质资本存量、拉动经济增长的重要因素。投资决策以投资者预期目标为核心,运用一定的科学理论、方法和手段,通过一定的程序对投资的必要性、投资目标、投资规模、投资方向、投资结构、投资成本与收益等经济活动中重大问题所进行的分析、判断和方案选择。本文提出投资建立郊区生活垃圾填埋场,以期依托地理优势,利用先进技术,对生活垃圾进行无害化处理,循环利用资源,保障公共卫生,美化生活环境,从而借助西部大开发战略之机,科学地、可持续地不断推动城市化进程。同时,对投资项目进行可行性分析,主要通过市场供给和需求分析,技术分析,财务分析和风险分析等方法,尤其以投资评价指标体系的选择为重点,集中于财务净现值,内部收益率,投资回收期,盈亏平衡和敏感性分析,论证投资项目的合理性和可行性。通过理论学习与实际分析的结合,重点说明投资建立垃圾填埋场具有的针对性、现实性、择优性和风险性。
[Abstract]:Investment is an important factor to expand the stock of material capital and stimulate economic growth. Investment decision-making takes the expected goal of investors as the core, and applies certain scientific theory, methods and means. Through a certain process of investment, investment objectives, investment scale, investment direction, investment structure, investment cost and income and other major issues in economic activities are analyzed. Judgment and scheme selection. This paper proposed to invest in the establishment of suburban domestic waste landfill, in order to rely on the geographical advantages, use advanced technology to treat domestic waste innocuously, recycle resources, and ensure public health. Beautify the living environment so as to make use of the opportunity of the strategy of developing the western region to promote the urbanization process scientifically and sustainably. At the same time the feasibility analysis of investment projects is carried out mainly through the analysis of market supply and demand. Technical analysis, financial analysis and risk analysis, especially focusing on the choice of investment evaluation index system, focus on financial net present value, internal rate of return, investment recovery period, break-even and sensitivity analysis. This paper demonstrates the rationality and feasibility of the investment project. Through the combination of theoretical study and practical analysis, it emphasizes on the pertinence, reality, selection and risk of investment in the establishment of landfill site.
