【摘要】:由于我国经济的急速发展,我国的小微型企业的发展速度也很快。然而,在发展的过程中,小微企业融资难依旧是困扰其生存发展的主要问题。由于小微企业融资渠道单一,使得供求关系并不平衡,银行具有灵活的议价能力。商业银行通过发展小微金融业务,可以提升综合收益水平。许多银行看到了这一点,开始着重发展对小微企业的信贷业务。本文以青岛农商银行作为研究对象,从实际出发,对该行的小微企业贷款现状和发展对策进行研究。 首先,论文对青岛农商银行小微企业贷款现状和问题进行了分析,主要分析内容包括:青岛农商银行简介以及现状、青岛农商银行在小微企业贷款业务发展方面存在诸多问题,例如在资源配置不合理、人员配备缺失、考核激励起不到正向引导作用等方面,并没有真正对小微企业金融服务实行专业化管理,抵押方式为主的单一担保方式,并没有形成小微企业的规模化、个性化产品线。没有一整套合适的信息化操作系统与之相匹配。上述问题都导致青岛农商银行的小微企业贷款业务发展受阻。 其次,对青岛农商银行小微企业贷款策略进行了创新。包括创新经营管理模式,建立信贷思维、创新信贷技术破解融资难、创新信贷产品与服务方式、创新风险管理方式 再次,从小微企业的业务体系搭建和市场发展方向做了具体阐述,包括建立信用评分模型及审批体系、建立客户风险识别控制体系、完善金融产品和相关业务体系、利率差异科学定价与额度管理策略、小微企业精准营销推广策略、业务营销团队的建立与企业文化渗透策略。 最后,论文分析了青岛农商银行小微企业贷款策略方案实施策略。实施内容主要包括:加快小微贷款业务专营团队组建和培养人才、简化业务流程,降低运营成本、业绩评价采用激励考核法,重视客户经理的服务质量、加强小微企业贷款专项风险管理和监督、为小微企业解决可持续发展融资要求,与客户建立长期合作关系。 论文所有的研究都是对青岛农商银行小微企业信贷业务发展实际情况的分析,因此,最后提出的研究策略也具有实效性,能够为该行小微企业信贷业务的发展提供决策依据。
[Abstract]:Due to the rapid development of our economy, the development of small and micro enterprises in China is also very fast. However, in the process of development. The financing difficulty of small and micro enterprises is still the main problem that puzzles their survival and development. Because the financing channel of small and micro enterprises is single, the relationship between supply and demand is not balanced. Banks have flexible bargaining power. Commercial banks can raise the level of aggregate returns by developing small and micro financial operations. Many banks see this. This paper takes Qingdao Agricultural and Commercial Bank as the research object, starts from the reality, studies the present situation and the development countermeasure of the small and micro enterprise loan of this bank. First of all, the paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the small and micro enterprise loans of Qingdao Agricultural and Commercial Bank. The main content of the analysis includes: the brief introduction of Qingdao Agricultural and Commercial Bank and the present situation. Qingdao Agricultural and Commercial Bank has many problems in the development of small and micro enterprise loan business, such as unreasonable allocation of resources, lack of personnel, evaluation incentive can not play a positive guiding role and so on. There is no real small and micro enterprise financial services professional management, mortgage mode of a single guarantee, and did not form the scale of small and micro enterprises. Personalized product line. There is not a set of suitable information operating system to match it. The above problems all cause the development of small and micro enterprise loan business of Qingdao Agricultural and Commercial Bank to be blocked. Secondly, the small and micro enterprise loan strategy of Qingdao Agricultural and Commercial Bank has been innovated, including innovating management mode, establishing credit thinking, innovating credit technology to solve financing difficulty, innovating credit products and service ways. Innovative risk management Third, from the small and micro enterprise business system construction and market development direction, including the establishment of credit scoring model and approval system, the establishment of customer risk identification and control system. Perfect financial products and related business system, scientific pricing and quota management strategy of interest rate difference, precision marketing promotion strategy of small and micro enterprises, establishment of business marketing team and corporate culture penetration strategy. Finally, the paper analyzes the implementation strategy of the small and micro enterprise loan strategy of Qingdao Agricultural and Commercial Bank. The main content of the implementation includes: accelerate the establishment and training of small and micro loan business franchise team, simplify the business process. In order to solve the financing requirement of sustainable development of small and micro enterprises, it is necessary to reduce operating cost, adopt incentive assessment method, attach importance to the service quality of customer manager, strengthen the special risk management and supervision of small and micro enterprise loan. Establish long-term relationships with customers. All the research in this paper is an analysis of the actual situation of the development of the small and micro enterprise credit business of Qingdao Agricultural and Commercial Bank. Therefore, the research strategy put forward in the end also has practical effect. It can provide decision-making basis for the development of credit business of small and micro enterprises.
