【摘要】：随着利率市场化改革的快速推进,贷款定价问题越来越受各金融机构的关注。农村信用社作为我国农村金融市场的主力军,在支持农村地区经济发展中占有十分重要的地位,贷款作为农村信用社的主要业务,其价格水平备受关注,但受历史原因影响,目前农村信用社在制定贷款价格时主观性偏强,贷款定价体系不尽完善,这一因素严重影响着农村信用社支持农村经济发展的能力,不利于农村信用社的长远发展。因此,如何构建科学的贷款定价模型来制定合理的贷款利率,对于增强农村信用社金融服务经济的功能、优化资源配置、降低农村信用社贷款风险、减少其不良贷款的形成及增加农村信用社收益,增强市场竞争力、走上可持续经营发展之路具有非常重要现实意义。本文共分为五个部分。第一部分主要介绍论文的研究背景与意义、贷款定价的相关理论研究和论文的研究内容与方法。第二部分介绍周口农村信用社的发展概况,以周口市市区农村信用社联社为例详细介绍贷款定价的基本内容,总结现行农村信用社贷款定价的总体特征。第三部分以调查问卷的形式对农村信用社贷款定价机制建设情况、贷款率执行情况、农村主要行业毛利润率与贷款利率对比情况及利率新政策对农村信用社发展影响情况四个方面展开调查,详细分析周口农村信用社的贷款定价现状。第四部分在对周口农村信用社贷款定价现状进行实证分析的基础上,总结周口农村信用社在执行贷款定价中存在的诸多问题,如方法过于简单化、定价水平整体偏高、定价机制不健全等问题。然后对影响农村信用社贷款定价的因素进行详细分析。第五部分从完善农村信用社贷款定价的外部环境与提高农信社贷款定价管理的内部措施两个方面提出完善农村信用社贷款定价的对策与建议。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of market-oriented interest rate reform, the issue of loan pricing has attracted more and more attention of financial institutions. Rural credit cooperatives as the main force of rural financial markets in China. As the main business of rural credit cooperatives, the price level of credit cooperatives is concerned about, but affected by historical reasons. At present, rural credit cooperatives in the formulation of loan prices are subjective, loan pricing system is not perfect, this factor seriously affects the ability of rural credit cooperatives to support rural economic development. Therefore, how to set up a scientific loan pricing model to establish a reasonable loan interest rate, to enhance the function of rural credit cooperatives financial service economy, optimize the allocation of resources. It is of great practical significance to reduce the loan risk of rural credit cooperatives, to reduce the formation of non-performing loans, to increase the income of rural credit cooperatives, to enhance market competitiveness and to embark on the road of sustainable management and development. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part mainly introduces the research background and significance of the thesis. The second part introduces the development of Zhoukou Rural Credit Cooperative. Taking the rural credit cooperatives of Zhoukou city as an example, the basic content of loan pricing is introduced in detail. Summarize the overall characteristics of the current rural credit cooperatives loan pricing. The third part of the form of questionnaire to rural credit cooperatives loan pricing mechanism construction and loan rate implementation. The comparison between gross profit rate and loan interest rate and the impact of new interest rate policy on the development of rural credit cooperatives are investigated. Detailed analysis of the Zhoukou Rural Credit Cooperatives loan pricing situation. 4th part of the Zhoukou Rural Credit Cooperatives loan pricing based on empirical analysis. Summarized the Zhoukou Rural Credit Cooperative in the implementation of loan pricing problems, such as the method is too simple, the overall pricing level is on the high side. Then the factors influencing the pricing of loans of rural credit cooperatives are analyzed in detail. Part 5th from the external environment of improving the pricing of loans of rural credit cooperatives and the improvement of rural credit cooperatives loan pricing management. This paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for perfecting the loan pricing of rural credit cooperatives in two aspects.
