国内资本外流的趋势和应对策略研究

【摘要】：2008年金融危机以来，随着国内外宏观经济形势的变化以及人民币国际化，国内资本的跨境流动变得越来越开放。这给海外大量机构投资人和高净值客户提供进入中国市场的机会，同时也给中国资本向海外流出创造了一定的条件。在资本流动新的趋势下，国内资本外流逐渐增加，据研究机构Lombard Street Research的经济学家杜马（Charles Dumas）估计，2012年中国资金净流出数额将达到3000亿美元。目前国内资本向外流出的途径主要包括：海外并购渠道，银行借贷渠道，贸易渠道资本外流与地下钱庄渠道等。本文通过从资本外流定义，，形成原因以及影响的分析入手，对我国目前所面临的资本外流规模以及趋势做了研究。之后，本文对我国资本流出的主要途径和产生影响作了详细分析，并使用回归分析的方法对影响我国资本外流的因素做了定量分析。最后本文结合国外资本外流案例，对我应该采取的应对策略做出完善我国人民币汇率形成机制等五项建议。
[Abstract]:Since the financial crisis in 2008, with the changes of macroeconomic situation at home and abroad and the internationalization of RMB. Cross-border flows of domestic capital are becoming more open. This provides access to the Chinese market for a large number of overseas institutional investors and high-net-worth clients. At the same time, it also creates certain conditions for the outflow of Chinese capital overseas. Under the new trend of capital flow, the domestic capital outflow is gradually increasing. Charles Dumas, an economist at Lombard Street Research, a research firm, estimates. China's net capital outflow will reach $300 billion in 2012. At present, the main channels of outward outflow of domestic capital include: overseas M & A channels and bank lending channels. Trade channel capital outflow and underground bank channel and so on. By analyzing the definition of capital outflow, the causes and the influence of capital outflow, this paper studies the scale and trend of capital outflow in China. This paper makes a detailed analysis of the main ways and effects of capital outflow in China, and uses the method of regression analysis to quantitatively analyze the factors affecting the capital outflow in China. In the end, this paper makes five suggestions on how to improve the mechanism of RMB exchange rate formation in China according to the case of foreign capital outflow.
