住房贷款对员工工作态度和行为的影响

【摘要】:随着我国房地产经济的蓬勃发展,个人住房贷款已经成了大多数普通人购房时所必需面对的实际问题。而相对于我国个人收入的上涨幅度,这几年国内房价的快速上涨,个人住房贷款占到普通公司员工收入的比例也在逐年增长。房贷给普通人造成的经济压力越来越大,由此给普通员工带来的心理、行为和习惯上的变化也在日益显现。因为国情和社会发展阶段的差异,这样的问题在西方发达国家并没有人研究过,因此也没有相关的理论指导可以供本土管理者借鉴。 针对这一问题,本文采用组织管理研究的实证方法,研究了住房贷款对于员工工作创新行为、经济承诺,以及工作焦虑感的影响。论文先从理论上明确了这些研究概念的定义,分析了它们在组织中的现实体现以及来龙去脉。然后,论文根据以往的相关研究文献,结合作者自身的观察体会,对房贷与这三种工作态度和行为之间的关系进行了理论分析,并提出了相应的研究假设。论文抽取了65份上下级配对的样本对研究假设进行了统计检验,结果表明:员工住房贷款同他们在工作中表现出的创新行为负相关,同经济承诺以及工作焦虑感正相关。这些研究结果有助于深入理解住房贷款给中国企业员工的工作态度与行为所带来的影响变化。 从实践角度来说,本论文的研究成果也具有重要的价值。首先对于员工的创新行为,以往的研究普遍都从员工的个人因素以及员工所处的工作环境进行。而本文则证明除了这些因素之外,员工的房贷行为对其创新行为同样有着重要的影响;其次,论文从另一个角度提出了员工由于个人住房贷款带来的经济压力而变得不愿意放弃目前的工作,并列举了在房贷后员工在平时工作中所变现出来可能异于平时的种种表现,提醒企业管理者予以重视和预防;最后,这次研究也证明了住房贷款带来的经济压力的确能够增加员工在工作中的工作焦虑感,并建议企业管理者对其引起关注避免其对企业的绩效产生影响。
[Abstract]:With the rapid economic development of China's real estate, individual housing loans have become the practical problems of most ordinary people purchase necessary in the face of personal income in China. Compared with the rise in recent years, the rapid rise in domestic prices, individual housing loans accounted for the proportion of ordinary company employees income is increasing year by year. Economic pressure is more and more loans to ordinary people caused by large, it has brought to the general staff of the psychological changes, behavior and habits will become more and more obvious. Because of differences in national conditions and social development stage, such problems as in the West and no one has studied, therefore there is no theoretical guidance for the local the management of reference.
To solve this problem, this paper uses the empirical method of organization and management, of housing loans to the behavior of employees, work innovation and economic commitment, and job anxiety. The paper first defines the concept of the study, analysis of their reality reflected in the organization and sequence of events. Then, according to the relevant the research literature, the author's observation, the relationship between mortgage and the three kinds of attitude and behavior are analyzed, and puts forward the corresponding research hypotheses. The paper extracts 65 subordinate paired samples of the statistical test, the research hypothesis shows that the staff housing loans with innovation their behavior in the work performance are negatively correlated with economic commitment and job anxiety are positively related. These results are helpful to understand the housing loans to Chinese The changes in the working attitude and behavior of the employees.
From a practical perspective, this research also has important value. The innovative behavior of employees, the previous research work environment generally from personal factors and employee position. But this is that in addition to these factors, the real credit behavior of employees also have an important effect on the innovation behavior; secondly, thesis from another point of view put forward employees because of individual housing loans will bring economic pressure and become reluctant to give up the job, and listed in the mortgage after the staff at work may be realized different from usual manifestations, remind business managers shall pay attention and prevention; finally. This study also proved that housing loans can indeed increase the economic pressures of employees in the work in the sense of anxiety, and suggest that corporate managers to avoid the attention of the It has an impact on the performance of the enterprise.
