我国农业信贷对农业产出的影响分析

【摘要】：农业是人类生存和发展的基础，是国民经济的基础，农业的发展直接关系着其他产业的稳定和发展，国民经济的稳健运行。尤其在发展中国家，农业的基础地位更应该得到重视。我国农业耕地面积仅占世界耕地面积的7%，却养活了世界人口的21%。我国农业的持续稳定发展更是我国经济得以稳定发展的前提和保障。改革开放以来，我国农业得到迅猛的发展。但是，，农业总产值的不断上涨和农业产出的实物总量连续第一，并不能掩盖我国农业产出的低效率。农业和农村的发展都离不开资金的投入，随着农业产业化发展和农业技术水平的提高，农业信贷资金将会成为农业建设发展的主要资金。正是在这样的宏观背景之下，分析自改革开放以来，信贷资金的增加是否对农业产出的增长有促进作用，研究农业信贷资金对农业产出的影响及对农业产出增长的贡献率。农业信贷对农业产出的支持作用是不容置疑的。农业信贷作为资本进入农业生产领域，有两个管道，一个是直接管道，一个是间接管道。农业信贷资金通过这两个管道进入农业生产领域进而促进农业产出和农业经济发展，直接管道是农业信贷资金通过购买农业生产资料，间接管道是农业资金进入农业技术领域，主要在农业技术的研发和运用上。农业生产技术得以提高，通过农业技术的推广和运用，使我国农业生产能力得到提升。
[Abstract]:Agriculture is the basis for the survival and development of mankind and the foundation of the national economy. The development of agriculture is directly related to the stability and development of other industries and the steady operation of the national economy, especially in developing countries. The basic position of agriculture should be paid more attention to. China's agricultural cultivated land accounts for only 7% of the world's cultivated land area, but it feeds 21% of the world's population. The sustainable and stable development of our agriculture is the prerequisite for the stable development of our economy. Since the beginning of reform and opening up, The rapid development of agriculture in China. However, the continuous increase of total agricultural output and the total amount of agricultural output in a row can not cover up the low efficiency of agricultural output in China. The development of agriculture and rural areas can not be separated from the investment of funds. With the development of agricultural industrialization and the improvement of agricultural technology, agricultural credit funds will become the main funds for the development of agricultural construction. Whether the increase of credit funds can promote the growth of agricultural output, and study the impact of agricultural credit funds on agricultural output and the contribution rate to the growth of agricultural output. The role of agricultural credit in supporting agricultural output is indisputable. As capital, agricultural credit enters the field of agricultural production through two channels, one of which is direct. One is an indirect pipeline. Agricultural credit funds enter the field of agricultural production through these two channels, thereby promoting agricultural output and agricultural economic development. The direct pipeline is agricultural credit funds through the purchase of agricultural means of production. Indirect pipeline is the agricultural funds entering the field of agricultural technology, mainly in the research and development and application of agricultural technology. Agricultural production technology can be improved, through the extension and application of agricultural technology, the agricultural production capacity of our country has been improved.
