【摘要】：中共十八届三中全会胜利闭幕,全面深化改革的蓝图已经展开。面对新形势新任务,全面建成小康社会,进而建成富强民主文明和谐的社会主义现代化国家、实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦,必须在新的历史起点上全面深化改革,不断增强中国特色社会主义道路自信、理论自信、制度自信;必须更加注重改革的系统性、整体性、协同性,加快发展社会主义市场经济、民主政治、先进文化、和谐社会、生态文明。为贯彻落实中共十八届三中全会精神,准确把握全面深化改革的深刻内涵,本刊特别开设"全面深化改革热点问题大家谈"专栏,为全面深化改革热点问题的研究提供一个交流和探讨的平台,邀请资深学者专家对全面深化改革热点问题进行研讨,以期为全面深化改革建言献策,促进中国特色社会主义制度的完善和发展,推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化。
[Abstract]:The third Plenary session of the 18 Central Committee of the Communist Party of China ended successfully, and the blueprint for comprehensive deepening reform has been launched. In the face of the new situation and new tasks, we should build a well-off society in an all-round way, and then build a prosperous, strong, democratic, civilized and harmonious socialist modern country. Chinese Dream, who has realized the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, must comprehensively deepen the reform at a new historical starting point, constantly strengthen the confidence in the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics, in theory and in the system, and pay more attention to the systematization and integrity of the reform. To speed up the development of socialist market economy, democratic politics, advanced culture, harmonious society, and ecological civilization. In order to carry out the spirit of the third Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee and accurately grasp the profound connotation of comprehensively deepening the reform, In particular, our magazine has set up a column entitled "talking about the Hot issues of All-round deepening Reform," which provides a platform for exchanging and discussing hot issues in comprehensively deepening reform, and invites senior scholars and experts to discuss the hot issues of comprehensively deepening reform.
