海洋与城市——大珠江三角洲世界级城市群路径选择

【摘要】：国家"十二五规划"明确提出粤港澳要合作打造大珠江三角洲世界级城市群。如何来建,用什么要素来打造,是非常核心的问题。取向决定方向,决定合力的能量,决定城市群的质量。只有以海洋为核心要素,围绕海洋产业集聚和海洋文化的发育,才能凝聚力量,提高城市群的综合竞争力,达到世界级的目标,本文以此为基础提出了几个主要战略路径。
[Abstract]:The 12th Five-Year Plan of the State clearly states that Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao should work together to build a world-class urban agglomeration in the Greater Pearl River Delta. How to build it and what elements to use to build it is a very core issue. Orientation determines the direction and the energy of the resultant force. Determining the quality of urban agglomerations. Only by taking the ocean as the core element, focusing on the agglomeration of marine industries and the development of marine culture, can we rally our strength, enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of urban agglomerations and achieve world-class objectives, Based on this, this paper puts forward several main strategic paths.
