A地产公司核心员工稳定策略

【摘要】:得人才者得天下。随着知识经济时代的到来和市场国际化,企业之间的人才竞争愈加激烈,人力资本构成了企业最重要的竞争优势,决定着企业的未来。在同质化产品竞争激烈的今天,各行各业的员工频繁流失对企业的良性发展产生了破坏性的影响,俨然成为所有企业的头号管理难题,而人才“偷猎”活动带来的连锁反应更是令这一现状雪上加霜。企业作为一个组织,其发展的动力来自于人才。核心员工作为企业的一流人才,掌握着企业80%以上的关键知识和专业技能,能够帮助企业实现战略目标,保持竞争优势,提高经营能力,抵御管理风险,他们是企业生存发展的重要基础,也是企业拥有竞争优势和主动权的首要前提。然而,目前很多企业都面临着核心员工流失频繁的状况,流失的核心员工所带走的不仅是企业的商业机密和核心技术,更多的是企业的培训成果和凝聚力,对企业造成了致命的打击,让企业经营者成为最大的受害者。 要想实现核心员工的稳定,必须提高他们对企业的满意度,因此,采取科学合理的管控措施来改变核心员工频繁流失的现状对企业发展尤为重要。本文重点探讨造成A地产公司核心员工流失的主要原因,笔者通过整理A地产公司已离职核心员工的离职访谈记录,以及对部分目前在职的核心员工进行一对一的深度访谈,目的是找到流失问题的关键所在,并从工作满意度的角度归纳列举A地产公司核心员工流失的主要成因,最终根据成因提出相应的稳定策略,以帮助A地产公司及和A公司有相似背景的公司的经营者和人力资源管理者解决核心员工稳定的难题。
[Abstract]:The man who gets the talent wins the world.With the arrival of the era of knowledge economy and the internationalization of the market, the competition for talents among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce. Human capital constitutes the most important competitive advantage of enterprises and determines the future of enterprises.In the fierce competition of homogeneous products today, the frequent loss of employees in various industries has a destructive impact on the benign development of enterprises, and has become the number one management problem for all enterprises.And talent "poaching" activities brought about by the chain reaction is to make this situation worse.Enterprise as an organization, its development power comes from the talented person.As the first-class talents of the enterprise, the core staff can help the enterprise to achieve the strategic goal, maintain the competitive advantage, improve the management ability and resist the management risk by mastering more than 80% of the key knowledge and professional skills of the enterprise.They are the important basis for the survival and development of enterprises, and the first prerequisite for enterprises to have competitive advantage and initiative.However, at present, many enterprises are faced with the frequent loss of core staff. The loss of core staff takes away not only the business secrets and core technologies of the enterprises, but also the training results and cohesion of the enterprises.Has caused the fatal blow to the enterprise, lets the enterprise operator become the biggest victim.In order to realize the stability of the core staff, we must improve their satisfaction with the enterprise. Therefore, it is very important for the enterprise to take scientific and reasonable control measures to change the current situation of frequent loss of core staff.This paper focuses on the main causes of the loss of core staff in A real estate company. By sorting out the records of the exit interviews of the core staff of A real estate company, and conducting one-to-one in-depth interviews with some of the core staff in service at present,The purpose is to find out the key to the problem of loss, and from the angle of job satisfaction, summarize and enumerate the main causes of the loss of core staff of A real estate company, and finally put forward the corresponding stable strategy according to the causes.To help A real estate company and company with similar background to A company operators and human resources managers to solve the core staff stability problems.
