TP人寿保险有限公司个人代理人工作满意度提升策略研究

【摘要】:对于任何一个企业来说,人力资源是一切资源中最为宝贵的资源,是第一资源。如果说制造业等第二产业更多以其生产的有形产品本身的优劣来吸引客户的话,那么,作为金融服务业的人寿保险行业,因其保险产品具有:1)人寿保险商品是一种无形商品;2)购买者的需求具有潜在性;3)寿险商品主要是被推销出去的等不同于其它大部分实体产品的独有特性,就决定了寿险公司除了设计和提供优质的无形产品外,更重要的是需要通过保险推销人员这个载体将保险产品生动的介绍给客户并推销出去。也可以说,人寿保险公司提供的服务本身就是一种产品,其服务质量的好坏直接影响着保险产品的销售情况。 大家知道,中国寿险业发展至今,产品高度同质化的问题越来越严重,服务就成为了影响客户消费决策的最主要因素。因此,如何将同质化程度极高的保险产品销售出去,考验着保险销售渠道的选择和推销人员的服务技能和服务水平。 工作满意度直接影响着员工的工作行为和工作业绩,工作满意度也影响着员工的离职率。所以我拟从影响个人代理人工作满意度的相关因子入手,以TP人寿保险有限公司A中心支公司个人代理人这个群体的工作满意度情况为样本,找出影响其工作满意度的重要因子和形成原因,并从公司现行制度出发,给出合理地、具有针对性的个人代理人工作满意度提升策略。
[Abstract]:For any enterprise, human resource is the most precious resource and the first resource. If the secondary industries, such as manufacturing, attract customers more by the advantages and disadvantages of the tangible products they produce, then, as the financial services industry, the life insurance industry, Because its insurance products have 1: 1) Life insurance commodities are an intangible commodity. (2) the demand of buyers has potential. 3) Life insurance commodities are mainly marketed, and so on, which are different from the unique characteristics of most other physical products. It is decided that in addition to designing and providing high quality intangible products, life insurance companies need to introduce the insurance products vividly to customers and sell them out through the carrier of insurance promoters. It can also be said that the service provided by the life insurance company itself is a kind of product, and the quality of its service directly affects the sales situation of the insurance product. As we all know, with the development of China's life insurance industry, the problem of high homogeneity of products is becoming more and more serious. Service has become the most important factor that affects the consumer's consumption decision. Therefore, how to sell the highly homogenized insurance products will test the choice of the insurance sales channels and the service skills and service level of the salespeople. Job satisfaction directly affects the employee's work behavior and performance, and the job satisfaction also affects the employee's turnover rate. Therefore, I intend to start with the relevant factors that affect the job satisfaction of individual agents, and take the work satisfaction of the group of individual agents of the A Central Branch of TP Life Insurance Co., Ltd., as a sample. This paper finds out the important factors and causes that affect the job satisfaction, and from the current system of the company, gives a reasonable and targeted personal agent job satisfaction promotion strategy.
