小议我国金融衍生工具的内涵及基本功能

【摘要】：金融衍生工具自20世纪70年代出现以来,在国际金融市场上就一直迅速发展,涌现出的金融衍生工具品种数量繁多并且不断发展壮大。2006年12月11日,随着我国加入WTO过渡期的结束,面对激烈的竞争,我国金融业将进一步深化改革。在这样的情况下,我们必须要提高国内金融企业的竞争力,促进金融衍生品市场的健康发展,同时也要确保我国金融体系的稳定。笔者主要介绍我国金融衍生工具的内涵和基本功能。
[Abstract]:Since the emergence of financial derivatives in the 1970s, they have been developing rapidly in the international financial market. With the end of the transitional period of China's entry into WTO and the fierce competition, China's financial industry will further deepen its reform. Under such circumstances, we must improve the competitiveness of domestic financial enterprises, promote the healthy development of the financial derivatives market, and at the same time, ensure the stability of our financial system. The author mainly introduces the connotation and basic functions of financial derivatives in China.
