【摘要】:在现代企业的战略性资源中,人力资源是核心,对于企业来说,也是生存和发展的重点,,而其中激励方案的实施又是人力资源管理的关键。近几年来,我国房地产业的快速发展,在行业内,人才的需要是不断增长的。但是有的企业并没有认识到这一问题的关键性和重要性,在人力资源管理上还存在严重不足,导致企业的员工失去工作的积极性和主动性。 二十一世纪,机遇和挑战并存,在这一时代中,不管是人,还是企业都是物竞生存,优胜劣汰。其中,人力资源的竞争是最为激烈的。所以,房地产企业需要进一步加强对人力资源的管理。人力资源管理中,员工的激励问题是一个重点问题,也是个难点问题。这一问题的解决可以使企业的资源效益得到很大的提升。在竞争与挑战并存的时代,建立一套科学、合理的激励体系是非常有必要的,而这也是目前房地产企业人力资源管理的一项重要问题。而本文主要针对武汉新大陆房地产公司进行员工激励方案的研究。 本文一共分为七个部分。第一部分为绪论,主要包括研究背景、目的、意义以及国内外研究动态。第二部分是对相关激励理论的文献综述。第三部分的主要内容是关于武汉新大陆房地产公司员工激励的现状分析,首先对武汉新大陆公司进行简介,其次对中型房地产公司员工激励现状进行了分析,最后阐述了武汉新大陆房地产公司员工激励的现实状况。第四部分主要就是针对武汉新大陆房地产公司的员工激励,建立了激励因素模型,并作出了详细的分析。第五部分主要讲述武汉新大陆房地产公司激励优化设计方案。首先确立激励设计的思路,然后坚持激励优化设计的原则,最后制定激励优化设计的方案。第六部分的主要内容是武汉新大陆房地产公司激励方案实施的实施效果评估分析。最后是结论。
[Abstract]:In the strategic resources of modern enterprises, human resources is the core, and for enterprises, it is also the focus of survival and development, and the implementation of incentive programs is the key of human resources management. In recent years, with the rapid development of China's real estate industry, the demand for talents is increasing. However, some enterprises do not realize the key and importance of this problem, and there are serious deficiencies in human resource management, which leads to the loss of enthusiasm and initiative of the employees. In the 21 century, opportunities and challenges coexist. In this era, both people and enterprises are competing for survival and survival of the fittest. Among them, the competition of human resources is the most intense. Therefore, real estate enterprises need to further strengthen the management of human resources. In human resource management, employee motivation is not only a key issue, but also a difficult one. The solution of this problem can greatly improve the resource efficiency of enterprises. In the era of coexistence of competition and challenge, it is necessary to establish a scientific and reasonable incentive system, which is also an important issue of human resource management in real estate enterprises. This paper mainly aimed at Wuhan New Land Real Estate Company employee incentive program research. This paper is divided into seven parts. The first part is the introduction, including the research background, purpose, significance and research trends at home and abroad. The second part is the literature review of relevant incentive theory. The third part of the main content is about the Wuhan New Continental Real Estate Company employee incentive status analysis, first of all, Wuhan New Land Company to brief, secondly to the medium-sized real estate company employee incentive status analysis, At last, the paper expounds the actual situation of staff encouragement in Wuhan New Land Real Estate Company. In the fourth part, the incentive factor model of Wuhan New Land Real Estate Company is established and analyzed in detail. The fifth part mainly tells Wuhan New Land Real Estate Company incentive optimization design scheme. Firstly, the idea of incentive design is established, then the principle of incentive optimization design is adhered to, and finally the scheme of incentive optimization design is worked out. The sixth part of the main content is Wuhan New Land Real Estate Company implementation of the effect of evaluation. Finally is the conclusion.
