融资融券运作机理及在我国的运用研究

【摘要】：中国资本市场发展到今天虽然只有短短的十九年历程,市场的规模包括上市公司数量和投资者人数却已达到非常迅猛的发展。但中国的资本市场与海外成熟的资本市场相比还存在着巨大的差距,从市场规模的扩大、交易量的上升、制度的完善、各种金融衍生产品的创新等多方面都需要进一步的发展和完善。随着融资融券业务和转融通的推进,融资融券将真正的被融入到实践运用中去。本文在这一背景下,将通过介绍融资融券交易和深入研究融资融券业务在实践中的运用为读者提供一定的建议和思路。本文将重点深入分析中国长期缺乏“卖空”机制所导致的一系列不利影响,从制度方面和思维认识上深究导致制度缺失的原因。介绍和借鉴海外成熟市场的经验,同时通过分析融资融券的运作机理入手,切实可行的投资模式结合融资融券的操作手段,融合到实际运用中去。
[Abstract]:Although China's capital market has only developed in a short period of 19 years, the scale of the market, including the number of listed companies and the number of investors, has reached a very rapid development. However, there is still a huge gap between the Chinese capital market and the overseas mature capital market. From the expansion of the market scale, the increase of the trading volume, the perfection of the system, The innovation of various financial derivatives needs further development and improvement. With the promotion of margin and margin financing, margin financing will be really put into practice. Under this background, this paper will provide some suggestions and ideas for readers by introducing margin trading and deeply studying the application of margin trading in practice. This paper focuses on the analysis of a series of adverse effects caused by the lack of "short selling" mechanism in China for a long time, and explores the causes of the lack of the system in terms of system and thinking. This paper introduces and draws lessons from the experience of overseas mature market, at the same time, through analyzing the operation mechanism of margin and margin, the feasible investment mode combined with the operation means of margin and margin is integrated into the practical application.
