太平洋寿险渠道管理系统项目风险管理研究
[Abstract]:With the gradual development of domestic financial IT outsourcing market from the cultivation period to the growing period, the range of users' demand is constantly expanded, and the market of IT outsourcing services is increasingly larger and the profit margin is higher than that of the traditional IT industry. Competition among domestic IT service providers is very fierce. In the process of cooperation between financial customers and IT outsourcing companies for many years, they gradually improve the control system of IT outsourcing companies. In the field of project outsourcing construction, they not only pay attention to the selection of external contractors in the pre-project bidding process. More attention should be paid to the actual management and construction level of the project by the outsourcers. The channel management system construction project is the first big project that Shanghai Xinzhi Software Company has entered into the domestic financial insurance IT industry, which has certain benchmarking significance. How to build this project well is an important problem for Xinzhi Company, which lacks experience of similar project construction. In this paper, we should start from the most basic project management angle, strengthen the quality and schedule management, and supplement the all-around risk management practice to reduce the probability of project failure. This paper expatiates and studies the risk management process based on CMMI. Secondly, this paper applies this risk management process to the construction practice of the project, mainly divided into three parts: the first part, the study of the project risk management preparation and process; the second part, Use the tools to identify the main risks faced by the project, and then analyze and evaluate the identified risks. The third part, according to progress management, quality management, human resources management, Communication management and other related knowledge to develop risk mitigation measures. Finally, the effect of implementing this risk management process is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. This paper not only has practical guiding significance for the project management of Xinzhi Company and Pacific Insurance IT project outsourcing management, but also plays a certain reference role in the construction process of other similar IT projects.
