【摘要】：山鼎设计公司在募集投资项目等方面仍存在诸多不确定性因素。本次募集投资项目中,公司将投入7829.23万元用于区域业务拓展中心建设上,然而,从招股书提供资料看,公司目前业务收入主要来自西南及西北地区,其它地区的市场占有量很小,因此这个项目在运作上不确定性比较大。
