【摘要】：正住房,承诺:支持居民自住和改善性住房需求,促进房地产市场平稳健康发展;保障性安居工程新安排740万套,全年基本建成480万套。落实情况:"330"新政、公积金新政、降低首套房贷首付比、5次降准降息,系列政策一定程度推动楼市复苏和企稳。前10个月,全国城镇保障性安居工程已开工747万套,基本建成688万套,均超额完成年度目标
[Abstract]:Commitment: to support residents to live on their own and improve the demand for housing, promote the steady and healthy development of the real estate market; new arrangements for 7.4 million units of affordable housing projects, the basic completion of 4.8 million sets of housing throughout the year. Implementation: "330" New deal, new provident fund deal, reduce the first mortgage down payment ratio, 5 times cut interest rates, a series of policies to some extent promote the recovery and stability of the property market. In the first 10 months of the year, 7.47 million units and 6.88 million basic units have been set up in the nationwide urban security housing projects, which have exceeded the annual target.
