“大珠三角”城市群协调发展实证测度及阶段划分

【摘要】：在对城市群协调发展这一概念进行科学界定的基础上,本文提出了城市群协调发展的4点判断标准及相应的测度方法。同时,利用该测度方法对1991~2011年期间"大珠三角"城市群发展协调性进行定量测度。并以定量测度的结果为主要依据,对1991~2011年期间该城市群协调发展历程进行阶段划分与特征分析。最后,在综合考虑大珠三角城市群一般性与特殊性的基础上,对城市群协调发展的一般规律与特征进行总结与提炼,并提出促进"大珠三角"城市群协调发展的政策建议。
[Abstract]:Based on the scientific definition of the concept of coordinated development of urban agglomeration, this paper puts forward four judgment criteria and corresponding measurement methods for coordinated development of urban agglomeration. At the same time, the coordination of the development of "Great Pearl River Delta" urban agglomeration during the period from 1991 to 2011 is measured quantitatively by using this method. Based on the results of quantitative measurement, the phase division and characteristic analysis of the coordinated development process of the urban agglomeration from 1991 to 2011 are carried out. Finally, on the basis of synthetically considering the generality and particularity of the urban agglomeration of the Great Pearl River Delta, this paper summarizes and refines the general laws and characteristics of the coordinated development of the urban agglomeration, and puts forward some policy suggestions for promoting the coordinated development of the urban agglomeration of the Great Pearl River Delta.
