我国经济发展中的结构性金融障碍及其破解——以中小企业贷款难为例

【摘要】：有什么样的经济结构就应该有什么样的金融结构。我国经济结构多元化背景下,金融资源依然集中于国有大银行,金融结构基本上没有改变,民营经济的"血液循环系统"始终没有建立起来。金融结构性障碍是我国中小企业贷款难的症结所在。推进金融民主,建立民营资本向金融资本转移的通道,构建与经济结构相匹配的金融服务体系,对破解我国金融结构性障碍具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:What kind of economic structure should have what kind of financial structure. Under the background of diversified economic structure, the financial resources are still concentrated in the large state-owned banks, the financial structure has not changed basically, and the "blood circulation system" of the private economy has never been established. The financial structural obstacle is the crux of the loan difficulty of the small and medium-sized enterprises in our country. Promoting financial democracy, establishing channels for transferring private capital to financial capital, and constructing a financial service system matching the economic structure are of great significance in breaking down the financial structural obstacles in China.
