商业零售:板块估值有待提升

【摘要】：正投资要点:1、自由优质物业估值偏低。2、保险资金增持潮有望来临。A股上市零售企业估值普遍偏低。从全球市场历史涨幅角度看,消费类个股涨幅是最高的两个板块之一,但目前A股上市商业零售公司却普遍存在估值偏低的现象,究其原因主要有两点:1)零售企业普遍拥有大量自有物业,包括商场、购物中心等,其中百货子行业传承了大量城市核心商圈

The A-share listed retail companies are generally undervalued. From the point of view of the historical increase in the global market, consumer stocks are one of the highest two sectors, but at present, there is a widespread undervaluation of A-shares listed commercial retail companies. The main reasons are as follows: 1) Retail enterprises generally own a large number of their own properties, including shopping malls, and so on, among which the department stores inherit a large number of urban core commercial circles.
