知识管理在H证券研究所的应用研究

【摘要】：工业经济向知识经济的转变是当今世界经济发展的主流,信息化浪潮正在以巨大的力量改变着人类社会。当前日益激烈的企业竞争,归根到底是知识的生产、占有和利用的竞争。要提高竞争力,企业必须提高获取知识与应用知识的能力,因为它左右着企业的命运。 随着我国证券行业的改革、创新的不断深化,尤其是2011年底至今的这短短几个月时间以来,深入改革和创新发展已成为行业的主基调,对于各家券商来说,把握住当下的机遇,积极创新,谋定即动已经成为当下最为紧迫的任务。“证券研究业务是公司新业务发动机”、“证券研究能力是证券投资全业务链上的价值倍增器”等理念逐渐成为整个行业的共识。证券研究是“重知本”型的基础性业务,强调的是高素质研究人员的综合管理和运用,它的核心竞争力在于良好的投研知识管理和应用能力,并以此产生可持续的、差异化的竞争力。 本文从当前证券研究业务中普遍遇到的知识管理问题入手,通过与国内外的领先实践的对照,明确了目前H证券研究所对于知识管理应用的关键是要围绕知识管理的能力框架,在知识管理组织、流程、内容、系统建设以及治理机制这五个方面进行持续地改进和完善。同时,基于企业知识管理模型和管理能力框架,提出了H证券研究所的知识管理体系建设的方法和路径,并基于通过现状分析发现和识别的11项主要问题,给出了H证券研究所知识管理体系的具体建设方案。
[Abstract]:The transformation from industrial economy to knowledge economy is the mainstream of world economic development, and the wave of information technology is changing human society with great power. At present, the increasingly fierce competition of enterprises is, in the final analysis, the competition of knowledge production, possession and utilization. In order to improve competitiveness, enterprises must improve the ability to acquire and apply knowledge, because it determines the fate of enterprises. With the reform of China's securities industry and the deepening of innovation, especially in the short period of a few months from the end of 2011 to the present, in-depth reform and innovation development has become the main tone of the industry. For each securities firm, it has become the most urgent task to seize the current opportunities, actively innovate, and plan impromptu. The concept of "securities research business is the new business engine of the company" and "securities research ability is the value multiplier in the whole business chain of securities investment" has gradually become the consensus of the whole industry. Securities research is the basic business of "knowledge-based" type, which emphasizes the comprehensive management and application of high-quality researchers. Its core competitiveness lies in good knowledge management and application ability, and thus produces sustainable and differentiated competitiveness. Starting with the knowledge management problems commonly encountered in the current securities research business, and comparing with the leading practices at home and abroad, this paper makes it clear that the key to the application of knowledge management in H Securities Research Institute is to continuously improve and perfect the knowledge management organization, process, content, system construction and governance mechanism around the capability framework of knowledge management. At the same time, based on the enterprise knowledge management model and the management ability framework, this paper puts forward the method and path of the knowledge management system construction of H Securities Research Institute, and gives the concrete construction scheme of the knowledge management system of H Securities Research Institute based on 11 main problems found and identified through the analysis of the present situation.
