【摘要】：进入21世纪后,中国与美国的关系进一步紧密,相互了解进一步加深,在政治、经济、文化、军事等领域都得到了进一步发展。但是随着交流的展开,两国的矛盾与摩擦也逐渐凸显,如何摆脱传统大国关系的历史逻辑,构建中美新型大国关系成为摆在双方面前的重要难题。文章将通过研究冲突转变理论,并以此为基础提出构建中美新型大国关系的设想。文章首先阐述了冲突转变理论的内涵,介绍了“冲突”的含义,揭示了冲突转变理论的科学性及其依据,同时文章还阐述了新型大国关系的内涵及构建新型大国关系的条件。21世纪以前,中美两国处于传统的大国关系框架下,而在冲突转变理论的指导下,中美将会构建一个新型的大国关系。中美新型大国关系的构建不是一朝一夕的,其发展需要发挥中美两国的政治智慧,因为中美两国存在着一系列阻碍因素。首先,中美历史上爆发过军事冲突,同时,当前中美关系中存在一系列的安全隐患；其次,中美意识形态差异容易引发双方冲突；最后,美国霸权主义与中国和平崛起存在冲突。虽然中美两国之间存在着阻碍因素,但是中美两国新型大国关系的构建却是存在着可行性。首先,中国军事实力迅速提升有利于降低中美军事冲突的可能性,其次,中国科技水平大幅发展与美国差距正在缩小,再次,中美经济战略利益进一步趋同,最后,中国构建和谐世界的外交理念获得国际社会的广泛认同。如何构建中美新型大国关系需要中美两国共同努力,基础是需要通过扩大交流加强政治互信,关键在扩展经济贸易寻求利益契合点,在安全领域建立冲突抑制机制,防止军事误判,最后中美两国合力共同构建国际新秩序。新的历史时期中美两国关系的发展将不仅仅关系到两国人民的利益,同时也牵涉到全世界人民的利益,因此,中美两国需要排除万难,构建新型大国关系,避免陷入传统大国关系的历史逻辑。
