中国文化产业发展战略的历史选择及其特征与经验

【摘要】：改革开放以来,国家作为文化产业发展战略制定的主体,通过出台一系列文化产业发展战略规划,有力地促进了文化产业的发展。文章通过对中国改革开放以来文化产业发展战略的制定过程进行分期,并对其时代背景、基本思路和主要特征等进行分析,力图勾勒出一条中国文化产业发展战略选择的历史脉络,总结归纳出国家文化产业发展战略选择过程中所体现出的与国家社会、政治、经济、文化发展战略协调的时代特征、基本原则和经验,以期对推进当今我国正在实施的文化强国战略,制定、完善文化产业发展战略以及促进文化产业新的发展起到积极的借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the country as the main develop cultural industry development strategy, through the introduction of a series of cultural industry development strategy planning, effectively promote the development of cultural industries. Based on the process of making development strategy of cultural industry since the reform and opening up China stage, and the background, basic idea and main characteristics are analyzed, trying to outline a strategic choice of the development of cultural industry China history, summed up the national development strategy of cultural industry reflects the national and social, political, economic and cultural development of the era characteristics of strategic coordination, basic principles and experience, in order to promote our ongoing cultural power strategy formulation, improve the cultural industry development strategy and promote a positive reference to the development of cultural industry in the new play.
