【摘要】：如今，信息广阔的覆盖面、迅速的传播，都是互联网的特点所赐。影响力深远的互联网已经与人们的日常生活密不可分，它是人们获取信息的重要方式。世界变成了网络的时代，像地球村等词语的出现都是因为互联网的快速发展和普及。如果问哪一个媒体在最快的时间里对整个世界政治、经济、文化等各个方面产生的影响最广泛且深刻，那么答案毋庸置疑是互联网。随着新疆互联网整体水平的提高，新疆也出现诸多民文网站，其中之一就是哈萨克语种网站。最早在1998年出现了第一个哈萨克语种网站，，至今已有16年了。虽然不能说新疆哈萨克语种网站已经发展到了一定的高水平，但是总体而言哈萨克语种网站也在不断发展。现如今，新疆哈萨克族群众获取相关信息、了解世界的重要渠道之中，新疆哈萨克语种网站是必不可少的一种。然而，同新疆其他民文网站尤其是维吾尔语种网站相比，新疆哈萨克语种网站数量少，分类少，并不是发展最好的一个民文网站。新疆哈萨克语种网站是新疆互联网的发展和新疆哈萨克族群众社会生活的发展的共同结果。新疆哈萨克语种网络事业是新疆少数民族新闻事业的重要组成部分。本论文通过调查和统计，对新疆哈萨克语种网站的数量、类型和内容等方面进行研究，进而梳理新疆哈萨克语种网站的基本状况。论文对新新疆哈萨克语种网站进行归纳和分类，将其分成哈萨克语种政府网站、新闻媒体网站、教育网站和个人网站，并分析各类哈萨克语种网站的内容、版面设计，除此之外，找出存在的问题并针对其问题提出有效的改善性建议。
[Abstract]:Today, a wide coverage of information, rapid propagation, are given. The characteristics of the Internet influence the Internet has been closely linked with people's daily life, it is an important way for people to obtain information. The world has become the era of the network, like a global village and other words are because of the rapid development and popularization of Internet. If you ask which one media on the world political economy, in the fastest time, culture and other aspects of the impact of the most extensive and profound, then the answer is undoubtedly the Internet.
With the Internet to improve the overall level of Xinjiang, Xinjiang also has many people of the site, which is one of the Kazakh language website. The first appeared in 1998 of the first Kazakh language website, has been 16 years. Although we can not say that the Xinjiang Kazakh language website has developed to a high level, but overall the Kazakh language website also in the continuous development. Nowadays, Xinjiang Kazak people access to relevant information, to understand the important channel of the world, Xinjiang Kazakh language website is a kind of indispensable. However, other people with Xinjiang website especially in Uyghur language website, the number of Xinjiang Kazak language website, classification and development of a few, not the site the best.
Xinjiang Kazak language website is the common development of Internet development in Xinjiang and Xinjiang Kazak people's social life. The Xinjiang Kazakh language network business is an important part of Xinjiang minority nationality journalism. This paper through the investigation and statistics, the number of Xinjiang hasa g language website, on the type and content, and the basic situation combing the Xinjiang Kazakh language website. The induction and classification of new Xinjiang Kazakh language website, divided into the Kazakh language government website, news media websites, educational websites and personal websites, and analyzes the various types of Kazakh language website content, layout design, in addition, find out the existing problems and the problems of improvement effective suggestions.
