【摘要】:作为20世纪人类文明的伟大创新之一,互联网深刻影响着全球政治、经济、文化及社会的发展,促进了社会生产生活和信息传播的变革。然而,任何事物都具有双面性。网络信息获取、传播和资源共享的便利性,同样成为了孕育不良信息的温床。暴力信息、淫秽色情信息、厌世信息、反动信息等不良信息,不仅使得社会运行的正常秩序变得紊乱,而且对绝大多数人的利益构成了威胁,其中,尤以对青少年的危害最为明显。本文认为网络不良信息主要有网络暴力信息、淫秽色情信息、厌世信息等三类,它们具有类型的多元化、传播方式的多样性、传播的快速性、传播的隐秘性等特点。笔者通过对江西三所中学学生的问卷调查,发现网络不良信息对中学生的脱敏效应、第三人效应明显,对他们的认知、态度和行为方面都产生了一定的影响。在认知方面,接触网络不良信息使得中学生对社会环境和不良行为本身的认知发生偏差,认为社会越来越不安全,并逐渐对不良行为感到认同。在态度方面,部分中学生接触网络暴力信息会感到兴奋和刺激,或者易情绪化,部分却会感到害怕和紧张;部分接触网络淫秽色情信息会感觉到刺激或产生性冲动,部分却会感到情绪紧张;部分接触网络厌世信息会情绪低落,或者害怕紧张。在行为方面,接触网络暴力信息会使部分中学生对暴力内容进行模仿,并增加他们对攻击和暴力行为的容忍度;部分中学生接触网络淫秽色情信息后会以色情的眼光看待他人,对其中的色情场景进行模仿,并增加对性行为的接受度;部分中学生在接触网络厌世信息后会害怕与他人交流,模仿其中的自残、自杀等厌世行为。在此基础上,分析中学生在抵制网络不良信息方面存在着网络监管力度不够、媒介价值取向发生偏差、家庭环境不和谐、家长网络素养和能力不足、校园文化建设不足、网络素养教育缺失、中学生固有的青春期心理、盲目的偶像崇拜等诸多不利因素。应对的措施,主要有构建健康和谐的社会环境、采取积极正确的教育方式、推动网络素养教育升级、进行中学生自我道德教育等。

The bad information in the network include network violence, pornography information, information and other three categories of world weary, they have diversified types, the diversity of modes of transmission, rapid propagation, propagation characteristics of secrecy by the author of Jiangxi. A questionnaire survey of three middle school students, found that desensitization of bad information in the network to the middle school students, the third person effect is obvious, the cognition of them, have certain effects on attitude and behavior. In the cognitive aspects of contact network information makes students deviation of social environment and bad behavior itself cognition, social thought more and more insecure, and gradually feel the identity of bad behavior. On the one hand, some students contact network violence information will get excited and stimulating, or emotional, but some feel fear and tension; the contact part of the network pornographic information will feel stimulation or sexual excitement, some would feel nervous contact information network; part of world weary to be depressed, nervous or afraid. In terms of behavior, contact the network violence information will lead to violence to imitate some middle school students, And increase their aggression and violence tolerance; some students contact pornographic information network will treat others with our eyes, the porn scene to imitate, and increase the acceptance of sexual behavior; some students will be afraid to communicate with others in the network world contact information, imitate the self mutilation, Dutch act such as world weary behavior. Based on the analysis of middle school students in resisting bad information in the network there are network media supervision is not enough, deviation of value orientation, the family environment is not harmonious, parents' network literacy and ability is insufficient, lack of the construction of campus culture, the lack of literacy education network, students inherent in adolescent psychology, many adverse factors of blind idol worship. Measures, mainly to build a healthy and harmonious social environment, take the correct way of education, promote the network literacy education Upgrade, carry out middle school students' self moral education, etc.
