【摘要】：20世纪80年代以来，非营利组织在政治、经济、社会各领域蓬勃发展。而非营利组织在思想政治教育领域发挥作用，，对于提升思想政治教育效果，促进人自由而全面的发展具有重要意义。论文在梳理非营利组织和思想政治教育的相关理论的基础上，分主体、客体、介体、环体四个维度总结了非营利组织在思想政治教育中作用发挥的具体体现，并指出了作用发挥的内外部制约因素和可能出现的负面倾向，进而探讨非营利组织与思想政治教育的未来互动。非营利组织活动和思想政治教育活动具有契合点，这使得非营利组织在思想政治教育中发挥作用既有可能性又有必要性。而这种作用必然通过一定方式予以体现，根据思想政治教育过程中的构成要素，非营利组织作为教育主体时，表现为壮大思想政治教育主体等；作为教育客体时，表现为沟通党政组织和社会大众等；作为教育介体时，表现为拓展思想政治教育载体等；作为教育环体时，表现为优化教育物质环境和条件等。非营利组织在思想政治教育中的作用极具可塑性，然而内部和外部多种因素制约了其作用的发挥。再者，受全球化、市场化、多元化大背景的影响，非营利组织可能出现某些负面倾向，防范非营利组织的负面倾向是防范非营利组织在思想政治教育中发挥消极作用的重要基础。要实现非营利组织健康发展及其思想政治教育作用的充分发挥，推动两者的未来互动，需要党和政府、新媒体、非营利组织和思想政治教育形成合力，加强党和政府的支持引导、新媒体的公益性宣传、非营利组织自身建设、思想政治教育改革创新。同时，要用发展的眼光展望非营利组织在思想政治教育中的优势和作用，让蕴藏在公民社会中的思想政治教育资源得到进一步开发。
[Abstract]:Since 1980s, non-profit organizations have developed vigorously in the fields of politics, economy and society, while non-profit organizations have played a role in the field of ideological and political education to improve the effect of ideological and political education. It is of great significance to promote the free and comprehensive development of human beings. On the basis of combing the relevant theories of non-profit organizations and ideological and political education, the thesis is divided into subjects, objects and mediators. The four dimensions of environmental body summed up the role of non-profit organizations in ideological and political education, and pointed out the role of internal and external constraints and possible negative tendencies. Then it discusses the future interaction between non-profit organizations and ideological and political education. Non-profit organization activities and ideological and political education activities have the same point. This makes it possible and necessary for non-profit organizations to play a role in ideological and political education, and this role must be reflected in a certain way, according to the elements of ideological and political education process. Non-profit organizations as the main body of education, such as strengthening the subject of ideological and political education; As the object of education, it is manifested in the communication between the Party and government organizations and the public. As a medium of education, it can expand the carrier of ideological and political education. As a body of education, it can optimize the material environment and conditions of education. The role of non-profit organizations in ideological and political education is extremely plastic, but many internal and external factors restrict its role. Furthermore, it is influenced by the background of globalization, marketization and pluralism. Non-profit organizations may have some negative tendencies, and the prevention of negative tendencies of non-profit organizations is an important basis to prevent non-profit organizations from playing a negative role in ideological and political education. In order to realize the healthy development of non-profit organizations and give full play to the role of ideological and political education, and to promote the future interaction between the two organizations, it is necessary for the Party and government, new media, non-profit organizations and ideological and political education to form a joint force. Strengthen the support and guidance of the Party and the government, the public welfare publicity of new media, the self-construction of non-profit organizations, the reform and innovation of ideological and political education. At the same time. It is necessary to look forward to the advantages and functions of non-profit organizations in ideological and political education from the perspective of development so that the resources of ideological and political education hidden in civil society can be further developed.
