【摘要】：本文从批评性话语分析的视角对《2013年政府工作报告》的翻译问题进行探讨研究。一年一度的政府工作报告涉及国家政治、经济、文化、外交以及民生等各个方面,是国际社会了解当代中国国情和发展动态的权威信息来源。因此,政府工作报告翻译质量的重要性也日益凸显。已有的关乎政府工作报告翻译的研究主要集中在语言特点等方面,而本文则通过批评性话语分析的方法,探讨政府工作报告中语言形式与意识形态之间的关系以及批评性话语分析对政府工作报告翻译研究的指导意义。批评性话语分析认为语言形式是由其社会功能决定的,语言结构的不同反映出意识形态的不同。作者从批评性话语分析的角度,运用系统功能语法分析方法,从分类、及物性、情态以及转换等词汇语法系统对《2013年政府工作报告》的源语和目的语文本进行对比分析,发现了译文与原文之间在语言形式上的差异,并且对这些差异产生的原因作出了阐释,进一步揭示了语言形式与意识形态之间的关系,从而表明了意识形态对政府工作报告翻译的影响。因此,在政府工作报告这类政治语篇的翻译中,意识形态因素影响着语言形式的选择和运用,语言的运用也影响着意识形态意义的传播和理解。此外,批评性话语分析的方法有助于提高译者对源语和目的语的语言结构和意识形态差异的理解能力,进而以一种有利于目的语读者接受的方式传达源语意义和意识形态内涵,提高译文的质量。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the translation of government work report in <2013 from the perspective of critical discourse analysis.
Once a year the government work report to the national political, economic, cultural, diplomatic and other aspects of people's livelihood, is the international community to understand the authoritative source of information Chinese contemporary national conditions and development dynamic. Therefore, the importance of translation quality report on the work of the government has become increasingly prominent. Some studies have been related to the government work report translation mainly focus on language features etc. This paper, through critical discourse analysis, explore the relationship between language and ideology in the form of government work report and critical discourse analysis to translation studies report on the work of the government guidance.
CDA considers language form is decided by its social function, different structure of language reflects the difference in ideology. The author from critical discourse analysis perspective, using the method of system analysis, functional grammar from classification, transitivity, modality and transformation of lexical grammatical system of <2013 report on the work of the government in accordance with the source language and the purpose of the Chinese comparative analysis, found in the form of language differences between the translation and the original text, and the reasons for these differences make the interpretation, further reveals the relationship between language form and ideology, which demonstrates the influence of ideology on the translation of the government work report.
Therefore, in the government work report this kind of political discourse translation, ideological factors influence the choice and use of language forms and language also affects the ideological meaning of communication and understanding. In addition, the method of critical discourse analysis is helpful to improve the language structure and ideological differences of the source language and the target language translator the ability to understand, and then to a conducive to the target language readers accepted way to convey the source language meaning and ideology, improving the quality of translation.
