【摘要】：2015年中非合作论坛约翰内斯堡峰会已经在南非召开。如何积极推动中国与非洲合作,重点推进农业投资开发合作,带动基础设施建设,提高非洲农业生产水平和粮食安全保障水平是应尽快明确并积极落实的工作策略和途径。本文以一线调研工作为基础,结合当前中国农业"走出去"战略和全球粮食安全,重点分析了安哥拉的农业生产发展特点和中安开展农业合作的优势,以大型中资企业在安哥拉承建开展的农业综合开发项目为例,总结了当前项目取得的积极效应,提出了当前政治经济形势下,进一步加快推动中安农业合作的工作建议。
[Abstract]:The Johannesburg Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation in 2015 has been held in South Africa. How to actively promote China-Africa cooperation, focus on agricultural investment and development cooperation, and promote infrastructure construction. To improve the level of agricultural production and food security in Africa is a clear and positive implementation of the working strategies and approaches. This paper is based on front-line research work. Combined with the current strategy of "going global" in China's agriculture and global food security, the characteristics of agricultural production and development in Angola and the advantages of agricultural cooperation between China and Angola are analyzed. Taking the agricultural comprehensive development project carried out by large Chinese enterprises in Angola as an example, this paper summarizes the positive effects of the current project and puts forward the current political and economic situation. Further speed up the work of promoting agricultural cooperation between China and Angola.
