【摘要】：美国白宫农村委员会于2011年8月发布报告《美国农村地区就业和经济安全》,旨在介绍美国农村就业状况和农村经济发展机遇,本文作者将其作为翻译实践项目,进行了全文翻译,并对翻译过程和翻译难点进行了总结,形成了这份翻译报告。美国与中国有着截然不同的政治和经济体系,各部门各机构的组成和名称,各种法案名称也不尽相同。如何将这些带有明显国别色彩的政治经济词汇翻译正确,避免歧义,忠实传达原文意思给译语读者,就是本翻译实践的目的。译者认为适当的翻译理论可以指导翻译实践,根据对原文的理解和学习,译者认为功能目的论可以指导对这份经济类政府报告的翻译。本报告将翻译实践过程中遇到的难点加以总结,结合功能目的论和具体翻译实例,运用直译、意译等翻译方法翻译美国政府机构名称和政策措施名称,体会西方经济政策的特点和差异,期望自己翻译出的译文能够准确表达出美国各机构和各项政策的真实含义,使国内读者能够准确领会美国白宫农村委员会这份报告的内容。
[Abstract]:The White House Rural Committee issued employment and economic safety report > < rural America in August 2011, aims to introduce the American rural employment and rural economic development opportunities, the author takes it as the translation project, the translation, and the translation process and translation difficulties are summarized, the formation of this translation report. The United States and China have a different political and economic systems, and various departments and agencies of the name, name of bills are not the same. How these with country specific political and economic terms translation is correct, to avoid ambiguity, faithful to the original meaning to the readers, is the purpose of translation. The translator considers appropriate. Translation theory can guide the translation practice, according to the understanding and learning, the translator that skopos theory can guide the economic report of the government The translation of this report. The translation difficulties encountered in the process of practice are summarized, combined with Skopos Theory and translation examples, literal translation, free translation method name translation of U.S. government agencies and policy measures of the characteristics and differences of western economic policies, expect their translation translation can accurately express the true meaning of the United states the institutions and policies, so that domestic readers can accurately understand the report of the White House Rural Committee.
