【摘要】:目前中国企业面临着错综复杂的国际大环境,诸多的不确定因素正在增加。全世界经济增长面临着整体下行的局面,由于不断萎缩的国际市场,以中国为典型代表的新经济体国家的经济增长也开始逐渐放缓,国内外建筑行业竞争进一步加剧。与此同时中国国内的建筑施工企业还面临着工程款长时间难以回收,人员工资、建筑材料以及各类资源价格高居不下的紧迫考验,使得企业整体的利润受到进一步压缩。面对目前种种不利于企业发展的严峻环境,二十二冶集团天津建设有限公司必须及时调整当前的经营战略,加快并提高市场转型,在固有业务基础上延伸产业链条、加强企业内部管理。抓住行业价值链条中高利润的关节,多方位拓展新产品和新市场,并选择有有效可行的企业竞争战略,从而达到稳定持续发展的目标。本文按照理论与实例相互结合的研究思路,首先对当今世界主要竞争战略研究学者的理论进行了简要的阐述;然后介绍本文的核心研究对象二十二冶集团天津建设有限公司概况,从中分析得出天津公司竞争战略采用的是成本领先战略,目的是通过利用精细管理的概念和思维方式控制生产成本,以成本管控为基础,项目管理为核心,并建设多样化的成本管理体系,以达到对实施成本领先战略有利的支持,为推进公司稳定发展、扩大公司规模的最终目标服务。本文首先运用PEST分析工具对二十二冶集团天津建设有限公司面临的政治、经济、社会和技术等外部环境进行了相对全面的分析,之后又运用SWOT分析工具对天津公司竞争战略的机遇、威胁、优势和劣势深入分析,发现天津公司具备现有高素质的管理团队、集团与房地产开发商良好合作关系、稳定的资金来源等自身优势,以及在政策扶持、固定资产分配、劳动力资源、产品的水平、技术革新水平、产业规模与组织结构等方面机会与威胁所在。针对天津公司实施低成本战略过程中所存在的问题,例如人力资源的管控、市场营销方案的运用以及企业管理制度建设等,分析其问题根源,希望最终提出一个有效的成本领先战略实施方案,并对实施成本领先战略中可能遇到的困难和问题以及如何具体制定方案等方面进行较为详细的叙述。希望本文的内容和其相应结论对二十二冶集团天津建设有限公司的运营和管理具有一定程度的参考价值,并且同样对那些以建筑施工为主要经营项目的企业也具备一定的启示效果。
[Abstract]:At present, Chinese enterprises are facing the international environment perplexing, many uncertain factors are increasing. The world economy faces a downward overall situation, due to the shrinking international market, new economies to China as a typical representative of economic growth began slowing down, the domestic construction industry competition further intensified. At the same time Chinese domestic construction enterprises is facing a long time to recover, engineering staff wages, pressing test and all kinds of resource price building materials is not high, the whole enterprise profits are further compressed. In the face of the severe environment at all is not conducive to the development of enterprises, Tianjin Metallurgical Group construction company must adjust the current business strategy, accelerate and improve market transformation, extend the industrial chain in the inherent business basis, strengthen enterprise internal management Joint. Seize the high profits of the industry value chain, multi-faceted development of new products and markets, and choose a feasible and effective competitive strategy, so as to achieve the sustainable development goal. This paper according to the theory and practice with each other, the first of the world major competitive strategy research scholar's theory briefly the paper introduces the general situation of the core of this paper; then the research object 22mcc group Tianjin Construction Co. Ltd., from the analysis of the competitive strategy of Tianjin Corporation is the cost leadership strategy, the purpose is through the use of fine management concepts and mode of thinking to control production costs, cost control as the basis of project management as the core, and the diversification of the construction cost management the system, in order to implement the cost leading strategy favorable support, to promote the stable development of the company, the ultimate goal of expanding the size of the company Standard service. This paper uses PEST analysis tool to face 22mcc Group Construction Co. Ltd. Tianjin political, economic, social and technological environment for a comprehensive analysis, and then use the opportunity, SWOT analysis tool for the Tianjin Corporation strategic threats, advantages and disadvantages of in-depth analysis, found that Tianjin Corporation have existing high-quality management team, good cooperation between the group and the real estate developers, stable capital source of their own advantages, and policy support, fixed assets allocation of labor resources, the level of product technology innovation level, industrial scale and organization structure of opportunities and threats. The implementation of the existing problems in the process of low cost strategy for Tianjin Corporation, for example human resource management, marketing plan and the use of the enterprise management system construction, analysis of the root of the problem, hope Finally put forward an effective cost leadership strategy implementation plan, and the implementation of cost leadership may encounter difficulties and problems in the strategy and how to develop specific solutions and other aspects of a more detailed description. I hope the operation and management of the contents of this paper and the corresponding conclusion of Tianjin 22mcc Group Construction Co. Ltd. has certain reference value.
