【摘要】:改革开放以来,,中国发生了翻天覆地的变化,取得的成就举世瞩目。当前,我国已进入改革发展的关键时期,经济体制深刻变革,社会结构深刻变动,利益格局深刻调整,思想观念深刻变化,都标志着我国已进入了一个社会转型期。这种变迁或社会转型具有普遍性、多样性、复杂性特点,与此相对应的社会意识形态也正经历巨大变化,人们的精神世界经历着巨大的震荡,他们在价值观、生活态度和社会行为模式上正发生着这样那样的重大的改变。尤其是青少年,他们的价值观和道德观正接受各种磨砺、挑战、整合和再造。因此,了解青少年道德现状和存在的突出问题并给予正确导向方面的研究,便成为思想政治理论工作者的重要使命。 青少年是祖国的未来、民族的希望,青少年能否健康成长直接关系着国家的未来。青少年的思想道德教育是青少年教育的重要组成部分。新疆塔吉克族青少年作为全国青少年中不可或缺的一部分,其生活的自然地理条件和社会环境比较特殊,具有独特的生长特点和思想状态,也使得其道德观念呈现出地域性差异。随着新疆经济跨越式发展的步伐不断推进,新疆塔吉克族主要生活的地区塔什库尔干自治县迎来了经济发展的重大机遇期。基础设施的改善,信息化的不断深入和发展,让塔吉克族青少年的视域逐渐变得开阔,他们对外界政治、经济、文化的关注度也越来越高。但是转型带来的各方面变化在给塔吉克族青少年道德教育带来发展机遇的同时,也给其思想道德教育带来了一定的负面影响。为提升民族整体素质,须对塔吉克族青少年思想道德教育高度关注,更应加强专门研究,寻找其道德发展的特点和规律,在此基础上给予正确引导和全面教育。 本文以新疆塔吉克族青少年为主要研究对象,以塔什库尔干县为案例,通过文献研究、田野调查和比较研究法等方法相结合,揭示社会转型期的塔吉克族青少年思想道德的变化脉络和特点,以期掌握新疆塔吉克族青少年的思想道德教育的规律和本质,进一步引导其与社会主义核心价值体系建设要求相一致,与我国青少年先进道德教育要求殊途同归,以提升整体民族素质。 本篇文章总共分为六部分:第一部分是通过对国内外文献的对比参考,国家颁布的相关政策中对青少年思想道德教育重要性的研究分析,明确研究新疆塔吉克族青少年思想道德教育的现实性、必要性和长期性。第二部分从概念上界定社会转型的涵义;对新疆塔吉克族和塔吉克族青少年进行相关的介绍,使思想道德教育的对象、目标和内容更具有指向性;对社会转型期给新疆塔吉克族青少年带来的影响的分析,凸显塔吉克族青少年道德教育内容的特殊性和针对性。第三部分通过对塔吉克族青少年访谈调查,针对塔吉克族青少年思想道德教育进行阐述分析,总结社会转型以来,塔吉克族青少年思想道德教育的成效和经验,并发现现阶段存在的问题和亟待解决的问题。第四部分寻求造成社会转型期新疆塔吉克族青少年思想道德问题产生的根源即---社会因素、学校因素、家庭因素以及青少年自身因素。第五和第六部分在于提出解决问题的措施和加强塔吉克族青少年思想道德教育的意义,构建在社会转型期能更好的提高塔吉克族青少年的整体素质,促进塔吉克族青少年身心健康发展的社会、学校和家庭三位一体的系统化教育体系。

Especially the teenagers, they challenge the values and ethics are accepted, sharpen, integration and reconstruction. Therefore, understanding the moral status and the existing problems and give the correct orientation of the research, It has become an important mission of Ideological and political theorists.
Teenagers are the future of the motherland, the hope of the nation, the youth healthy growth is directly related to the future of the country. The ideological and moral education of teenagers is an important part of youth education. Xinjiang Tajik youth as an integral part of the national youth, the life of the natural geographical conditions and social environment is special, with growth characteristics and state of mind unique, the moral concept of showing regional differences. With the rapid development of Xinjiang's economy steady progress, the main living area of Xinjiang Tajik Autonomous County Taxkorgan tower ushered in the great opportunity of economic development. The improvement of infrastructure, deepening and development of information technology, let teenagers become of Tajik nationality open, their external politics, economy, culture more and more attention. But because the transformation The changes in the moral education of Tajik brings development opportunities at the same time, but also to the ideological and moral education has brought some negative effects. In order to enhance the overall quality of the nation, should be paid high attention to the ideological and moral education should strengthen the Tajik youngsters, specialized research, characteristics and rules for their moral development, on the basis of the given correct guidance and comprehensive education.
This paper takes Xinjiang Tajik youth as the main research object in Taxkorgan County as a case, through literature research, combining the methods of field investigation and comparative research method, reveal the change of Tajik Youth Ideological and moral development and the characteristics of the social transition period, in order to grasp the rules and essence of Ideological and moral education of Xinjiang Tajik adolescents, further guide with the construction of the socialist core value system consistent with the requirements of China's youth advanced moral education requirements. In order to enhance the overall quality of the nation.
This article is divided into six parts: the first part is compared with reference to the domestic and foreign literature, analysis of the ideological and moral education of young people the importance of relevant policies promulgated by the state, the reality is clear on Ideological and moral education of young Xinjiang Tadjik, necessity and long-term. The second part is the definition of the connotation of the social transformation from concept; to introduce related of Tajik and Tajik teenagers in Xinjiang, the object of the ideological and moral education, goal and content has more influence on directivity; analysis of Xinjiang Tajik youth in the period of social transformation, highlighting the Tajik youth moral education content specific and targeted. The third part through the investigation and interview of Tajik teenagers, analyzes in Tajik teenagers' Ideological and moral education, summarizes the social transformation, Taji The achievements and experience of Ideological and moral education of young Croats, and find the existing problems and problems to be solved. The fourth part seeks the cause produced during the period of social transformation of Xinjiang Tajik Youth Ideological and moral problems, namely social factors, school factors, family factors and their own factors. The fifth and the sixth part is to solve the problem the measures and strengthen the ideological and moral education of teenagers, the overall quality of construction of transitional period can better improve the Tajik adolescents in society, promote the development of physical and mental health of young Tajik society, schools and families three-in-one systematic education system.
